We join together in lifting your request before the Lord, asking for His divine intervention in your meeting. It is good that you seek wisdom and peace, for these are gifts from God that He freely gives to those who ask in faith. The Scriptures remind us in James 1:5, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* We also recall the words of Jesus in John 14:27, *"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."*
However, we must also take this moment to gently remind you of the power and necessity of invoking the name of Jesus Christ in prayer. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is through His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace. As Scripture declares in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* And in Acts 4:12, we are told, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Without the name of Jesus, our prayers lack the authority and access that only He provides. We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have confidence before God.
Let us pray together for your meeting:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You grant our ### a smooth and productive meeting, free from strife and filled with Your wisdom. Lord, You are the God of peace, and we ask that You calm the minds and hearts of everyone involved. Replace any anxiety or tension with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding. Fill our ### with composure, clarity, and grace, that they may speak with wisdom and listen with discernment. May Your will be done in this meeting, and may it bring glory to Your name.
We also pray that You open their heart to the truth of Your Word, that they may always seek You first in all things, including their prayers. Remind them, Lord, that it is only through Jesus that we have access to You. Strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You, that they may walk in obedience and trust in Your promises.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
As you prepare for your meeting, meditate on Proverbs 3:5-6: *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Lean not on your own strength but on His, and He will guide you. May you walk in the confidence that comes from knowing God is with you, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
