Pray carrielynn Stop taking naps n go bed at nite no if and or butts

Dear God, Help Carrielynnn to get to bed at night.  Help her to have the energy to skip a nap but to have a natural desire to sleep at 8;30 PM.  Help her to not look at TV or computer screens after 6 PM so her melatonin will be produced so she can sleep.
