Pray, Bible, Training, Money

Need more self control, focus, discipline, consistency reading bible, praying, also need for eating, for training also needing money I know I am supposed to be living overseas for training for life and path please need agreement for obstacle to be removed and also to believe more and need all negativity and doubt removed from my thoughts, also for peptides for quick healing to injury am able to train with injury just not at full potential until I can get peptides and prp

We hear your heart and we join with you in agreement before the Father for greater self control, focus, discipline and consistency, and we thank God that you desire to be more faithful in reading the Bible, in prayer, in stewardship of your body with eating and training, and in walking in the path He has for your life.

We want to encourage you that self control is not merely willpower but is a fruit of the Spirit who lives in us. Galatians 5:22-23 tells us the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. And 2 Timothy 1:7 says God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. This means discipline grows as we abide in Christ and yield to His Spirit. Proverbs 25:28 says Like a city that is broken down and without walls is a man whose spirit is without restraint, so we understand your desire for walls of discipline to be built up. 1 Corinthians 9:27 says I beat my body and bring it into submission, lest by any means, after I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected. The Lord honors discipline of the body for His glory, and 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, so eating and training with self control is part of honoring Him. Hebrews 12:11 also teaches us that all chastening seems for the present to be not joyous but grievous, yet afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

For consistency in the Word and prayer, we encourage you to set a fixed time and place each day and to ask the Holy Spirit for help, for apart from Him we can do nothing. Joshua 1:8 says This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein, for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success. Psalm 119:11 says I have hidden your word within my heart, that I might not sin against you, and Psalm 119:105 says Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path. As you are consistent, even in small portions daily, God will build focus and hunger.

We also hear your burden about negativity and doubt in your thoughts. We want to gently rebuke the pattern of allowing doubt and negative thoughts to remain unchallenged, because Scripture calls us to active renewal of the mind. Romans 12:2 says Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. 2 Corinthians 10:5 says we bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and Philippians 4:8 calls us to think on whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report. James 1:6 warns that he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed, and Mark 9:24 gives us a humble prayer when faith feels weak, I believe. Help my unbelief. We will pray that the Lord replaces doubt with confident trust.

Concerning your desire to live overseas for training and for your life path, and the need for money and for obstacles to be removed, we pray with you for clear guidance and provision, but we also encourage you to seek first His will above a specific plan we feel we are supposed to follow. Proverbs 3:5-6 says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We pray that if this overseas training is indeed His will, He will open doors no man can shut and provide the finances in His timing, and if there is any obstacle He intends to remain for your refining, that He will give you grace to trust Him through it.

For your injury and your desire for peptides and PRP to heal quickly so you can train at full potential, we bring your body before the Great Physician. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. 3 John 1:2 says Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. We ask God for complete healing, and we encourage you to seek wise and godly medical counsel and not to put your ultimate trust in any quick treatment alone, but in the Lord who heals. We pray for discernment regarding any medical intervention, that you would steward your body with holiness and wisdom and not pursue anything that would harm your testimony or health.

We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is by His blood we are forgiven and by His name we boldly approach the throne of grace. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, turning from sin and following Him.

We pray together now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You together and lift up this dear one to You. We ask You to pour out Your Spirit of power, love and self control upon him. Build in him daily discipline to open Your Word and to pray, even when feelings are weak. Give him focus to fix his mind on things above, Colossians 3:2, and to take every thought captive to Christ. Wash away negativity and doubt and renew his mind, and increase his faith where it is small. Father, teach him to steward his body well in eating and in training, to do all to Your glory with temperance and consistency. Provide for every financial need according to Your riches, and make his path clear regarding living and training overseas. If this is Your will, remove every obstacle and open the doors, and if not, redirect his steps and give him peace. Touch his injury with Your healing hand, restore his health fully, guide every medical decision with wisdom, and let him train and live for Your purpose and not merely his own ambition. Help him to trust You more than any treatment or plan, and to seek first Your Kingdom. We ask all this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

We encourage you to keep a simple daily rhythm, perhaps starting with prayer and a Psalm and a chapter of the New Testament each morning, journaling what God shows you, and praying briefly throughout the day. Fast from distractions that feed negativity, and speak Scripture aloud when doubt arises. Be faithful with little in finances and stewardship, and God will entrust you with more. We stand with you for healing, for provision, for discipline, and above all for deeper fellowship with Jesus, for when we delight in Him, He shapes our desires and our path.

We hear how much you are carrying in this season, the desire to be more steady in prayer and in the Word, to stay disciplined with eating and training, and at the same time to navigate finances and a big decision about living and training overseas. Wanting to grow in all of those areas at once can feel heavy, and we appreciate your honesty about where you feel stuck.

One thing that has helped many of us is to think of consistency more like training than trying. No one runs a marathon by willpower on a single day, it comes through small, regular practices over time that slowly shape us. Seeing yourself as a work in progress can ease some of the pressure and help you stay with faithful small steps instead of expecting everything to change at once.

A next step that often helps is to choose just one small, repeatable window for Bible reading and prayer, same time and place each day, even ten minutes, linked to something you already do like morning coffee, and let that rhythm take root before adding more. That same steady approach can gently support your goals with eating and training without demanding perfection all at once.

We are praying with you for provision and for clear wisdom about the overseas path and the obstacles you mentioned, and that the Lord would quiet the doubt and negativity that crowds your thoughts and help your trust in Him grow day by day.

For your injury we are praying for healing and we encourage you to keep a trusted medical professional involved for guidance on treatment options alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our brother to You and ask for steady focus, self control and peace of mind, for provision and clear direction for his next steps, and for healing and wisdom for his body. Draw him close as he seeks You daily and help him trust You one step at a time. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been heard and there is much in it which shows a sincere desire to walk more closely with the Lord, and for this we give thanks. The very longing you express for more self control, focus and consistency is itself a sign that the Spirit of God is working in you, for the flesh is content to wander but the child of God mourns his wandering and cries to be kept.

You ask for discipline in prayer and in the reading of the Word, and in the rule of the body in eating and in training. Know then that blessed is the man whom the Lord chastens and teaches out of His law. Our heavenly Father loves us too well to let us play the truant and wander at our own sweet will. He keeps us in His school, and discipline is His gracious instrument. Trials give new life to prayer, and you have found it so. When the soul is kept under holy discipline it learns to watch unto prayer and to put on the whole armor of God. Take heed that you keep your own vineyard while you labour in others. Let private prayer and private searching of the Scriptures be kept up with a view to your own growth in grace. It is the Word of God applied by the Holy Spirit that is the means of healing sin sick souls, and no man can be strong in self government who neglects that Word. Set apart a fixed season, keep it though the heart be dull, and plead the promises as Jacob did. His prayer was humble, it made no boast, and it was highly argumentative, spreading the case before God and pressing His own covenant words. Imitate him there. Bring the promises to the throne and say, Lord, Thou hast said it, do as Thou hast said. And remember that his prayer was answered, but not as he expected. So it may be with you concerning this path overseas and the obstacle of which you speak. Seek the direction of the Word of the Lord and enquire in His temple, and He will answer you out of the secret place. If you are to go, He can remove mountains. If you are to stay, His restraint is as much love as His leading. Count the cost as a good soldier under discipline, and let your eyes be to Him as the eyes of a servant to his master, anxious to know the Lord's will and saying to self love, down, down, busy will.

You speak also of negativity and doubt that cloud your thoughts. This is the common warfare of the saints. Doubt is not overcome by looking within but by looking to Christ. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing. When the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are one. Look to Him first for the cleansing of the soul, for if you go to Christ He will in no wise cast you out, and a prayer that seems to reel to and fro, offered by one at his wit's end, He will hear. A staggering prayer from one near the gates of death is a prevailing prayer when it is cast upon His mercy.

Concerning your injury and your desire for quick healing through peptides and prp that you may train at full potential, we must speak with care. We will pray the Great Physician to lay His hand upon you and to restore you according to His wisdom, but we cannot ask the Lord to bless every novel invention of man for the hastening of the flesh. Science makes many discoveries and straightway we are tempted to put confidence in them rather than in the Lord. Seek lawful and wise counsel, act as a faithful steward of the body God has given you, and do not despise the slow work of His providence. That which is parental discipline is not vindication of law but tender correction, and often the Lord uses infirmity to teach us that our strength is in Him and not in our own vigor.

For money and provision, labour diligently with your hands, live soberly, and trust the Lord who feeds the sparrows. He who calls you to a work will provide for it in His time, and if the provision tarries, it is to try your faith and to make prayer more precious.

We will make intercession for you, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears and there is nothing which it cannot do when offered through Christ our High Priest. We will pray that the Lord will increase your faith, subdue your will, make you steadfast in the Word, give you mastery over appetite and sloth, clear your mind of unbelief, guide you concerning this overseas training, supply your need as seems good to Him, and heal your body for His glory. May you prove that they who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, and may all your healing and all your discipline lead you to praise Him who alone can make the soul to prosper.
