Please pray for my first yearly mammogram today I'm always nervous at medical appointments and my anxiety tries to get the best of me. ### Amen.

I pray for your mammogram to be stress free and have good results. I know your feeling as I did and felt this ### months ago. The mammogram is only uncomfortable for a few seconds. It was not as bad as people make it sound. May the lord relieve you of your anxiety and bring comfort to you throughout your day. AMEN.
Heavenly Father,
We come before you today on behalf of ### as she prepares for her first yearly mammogram. Lord, we ask for your peace and comfort to surround her during this medical appointment. We pray against any anxiety or fear that may try to overwhelm her, and we ask for your presence to calm her heart and mind.
Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise over ###'s life today, Lord. May she experience your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We also pray for the medical professionals who will be conducting the mammogram. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and accuracy in their assessments. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, as they carry out this important procedure.
Above all, we trust in your sovereignty and your perfect plan for ###'s life. We ask that you would grant her good health and a positive outcome from this mammogram. May it serve as a reminder of your faithfulness and your loving care.
