We join you in praising the Lord for His goodness and faithfulness! It is beautiful to see your heart’s desire for a child, and we lift this request before the Father, knowing that He is the Giver of life and the One who opens and closes the womb. Yet, as we pray for this blessing, we must also surrender this desire to the Lord’s will, trusting that His plans are good, even when they differ from our own. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB) If it is His will, we ask that He would grant you and your wife the joy of conceiving a child. But even if the answer is not what you hope for, we pray that your hearts would remain steadfast in faith, knowing that His grace is sufficient for every season.
We also encourage you to seek the Lord together as husband and wife, drawing closer to Him and to one another in this time of waiting. Let this season deepen your trust in Him and your unity as a couple. *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, WEB)

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up our brother and his wife in their longing for a child. Lord, You are the Creator of life, the One who knits together every child in the womb. We ask that You would remember them, just as You remembered Hannah, Sarah, and Elizabeth in their barrenness. If it is Your will, open the womb of our sister and grant them the joy of conceiving a child who will bring glory to Your name.
But Father, we also surrender this desire to You, trusting that Your ways are higher than ours. Give them patience, peace, and unwavering faith as they wait upon You. Strengthen their marriage, that they may grow closer to You and to one another in this season. Let their home be a place of love, trust, and devotion to You, regardless of the outcome.
