Dear Lord,

I thank you for life, both the physical one I'm living today and the eternal one that gives me so much hope and peace. Thank you for my husband who loves You and lives to please You. Thank you for my job and the many opportunities it gives me to help people. Thank you for your patience with me for your forgiveness, for the love and strength you give me. Thank you for these postings this morning and the prompting to start this day in an attitude of thankfulness. Even in the midst of pain and troubles, there is truly so much to be thankful for. I am so thankful for being a christian. Life is so dark without Christ. I thank the Good Lord for all the wonderful things in my life. My husband, daughter, son, parents, sisters, extended family. Thankful for a roof over my head, thankful my husband still has a job with these trying times. Thankful for the gift of the holy spirit. thankful for the heart that the Lord is changing. Thankful for my health. thankful for so manythings, i could be here all day writing, but i will stop now.
