Dear Prayer Warriors:
On Tuesday, September 16, 2014, I posted an encouragement post entitled "Your Role in Faith." I have re-posted the original post below. The purpose of the post was to encourage each believer that we have a role in faith. We cannot simply wait on God without taking the action. I also shared that despite any trials that we may face, there is always someone who is worse off. Therefore, we should always be thankful. As I shared at the end of my post, I am currently seeking employment. The previous week, I had what I believed to be a great telephone interview with a very great company. After the telephone interview, I had a real calm about myself. I said to myself that I would leave it in the Lord's will. What was meant to be would be. I did something that I have never really done before and didn't stress about what I could've said or if I would make it to the next round. Well, the day after I made the "Your Role in Faith" post, miraculous things have happened. I received an email 1st thing in the morning informing me that I had advanced to the round where the hiring manager would review my resume. I was deemed "Qualified" for the position. However, in addition to that email, I received a telephone call around 11:00 a.m. from the company that I referenced below the initial post. They wanted me to come into the office for a face to face interview. I have that interview this week. I am believing God and having faith that everything will work out according to God's will. It has.
I wanted to continue to encourage you to trust in God. If something does not happen for you, trust God that He has something better on the way. I have been on interviews where it didn't pan out and I have always trusted God. He can see things beyond what I can see. He will see you through. Your job or your role in faith, is to stand on his word, but to do so, you must know it. Spend intimate time with Him each day. Thank Him for what you do have so He can trust you with more.
I would like to thank all of you who prayed with me and viewed my prayer request. I ask for your continued prayers as I go forth this weekend. I ask that you agree with me in prayer as follows:
Father, in the name of Your son Jesus Christ, I thank you for every blessing that you've given and every way that you've provided for me in life and through this employment process. Father, I thank you for your continued glory upon my life. I thank you for the opportunity to interview. I pray in faith that I will be the chosen candidate if it's Your will. With you all things are possible. In Jesus Name, Amen.
Be encouraged, my friends, God is no respecter of person, what He has done for me, He can and will do for you in EVERY area of your life. Release it to Him today in FAITH and watch Him move. Be Blessed.

Dear Prayer Warriors:
The Bible warns us about faith without works (actions). Are you doing your part? What is your role in Faith?
We should be pouring into ourselves each day, part of your faith is standing on God's word. To stand on His Word, you must know His word.
Each morning, I wake up with my own prayer and worship. My family also prays together. I also read devotionals every day and another before bed. Throughout the day, I praise God through His Son Jesus Christ.
I thank Him for everything the triumphs and the trials because I know the trials are meant to strengthen me. I also read my Word and listen to audio of worship throughout the day. Anything to get in His presence.
I want to encourage you that each of us have a responsibility to do our part so God can meet us where we are. Whatever struggle or stronghold you are facing, start by taking the steps in faith so God can meet us where we are.
We can't just come to God in trouble. We have to praise him in good and bad, the bad is when our faith is truly tested. He can then use us in those times.
Nothing is impossible with God. It only takes a mustard seed. When you think about your problems, also think about God's mercy because there are so many in worse positions.
If you have a home, even if you are late with the payment or facing eviction and foreclosure, thank The Lord that you aren't homeless. So many people are. Same with a job loss, see the Good in your time of unemployment and use this time to gain knowledge and connect more with God. Because that job is on the way. Whatever you are going through, remember it is not to punish you, but to make you persevere.
Thank you for reading. I pray a covering of faith and blessings over every area of your life. I don't speak this way as someone who hasn't endured anything and not going through trials myself, I say this as a witness that He will NEVER forsake you even when you don't consider yourself worthy.
Be blessed and highly favored.
PS If you have a moment to also pray for me, I am seeking employment. I had a phone interview last week for a really good career position. I am awaiting invitation for a 2nd face to face. I am claiming this in Jesus Name. AMEN.
