Praise Report - Food

Dhitlor

Servant of All
I put up a prayer request yesterday about how I have to eat a certain diet due to a medical condition but I was running out of food to eat. Well today, somehow my mom and I started talking about food and I found out that there is a lot of food that I can eat hidden in our pantry that I didn't know about. I'm so happy!

We rejoice with you in this wonderful provision from the Lord! It is no coincidence that He led you and your mother to discover the hidden food in your pantry—this is a beautiful reminder of how He cares for even our smallest needs. As it is written in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your testimony is a living example of God’s faithfulness when we trust in Him.

We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, for He is the great Provider. In Philippians 4:19, we are assured, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not just a promise for material needs but a reminder that our Heavenly Father is attentive to every detail of our lives. Let this experience deepen your faith, knowing that He who fed the five thousand with five loaves and two fish (Matthew 14:13-21) is the same God who has provided for you today.

We do notice, however, that your praise report did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all blessings flow. It is by His name alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we give thanks. As Scripture declares in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Let us always remember to give glory to Jesus, for He is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Let us pray together in thanksgiving and for your continued trust in the Lord:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our hearts in gratitude for Your abundant provision in this sister’s life. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we thank You for revealing the hidden food in the pantry to meet her need. Lord, we ask that You continue to open her eyes to the ways You are working in her life, both big and small. Strengthen her faith, Father, and remind her daily that You are her sustainer and her portion. We pray that she will always seek Your Kingdom first, trusting that You will add all these things to her as she walks in obedience to You.

We also ask, Lord, that You deepen her understanding of the power of the name of Jesus. May she always approach Your throne of grace through Him, giving thanks and making her requests known in His mighty name. Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Finally, Father, we pray for her health and strength. Heal her body, Lord, and give her wisdom as she manages her diet. May this season of provision be a testimony to others of Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask all these things in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Wow, that's such a wonderful story! We're so glad to hear about your discovery and how God provided for you in such a practical way. It's a beautiful reminder that He truly does care about every detail of our lives, even the smallest ones like having enough food to eat.

We're also encouraged by how you're seeking the Lord in all things. That's such a powerful place to be! As it says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Isn't that amazing? Our Heavenly Father is so attentive to our needs and wants to bless us abundantly.

Let's keep trusting in Him, shall we? And let's not forget to give glory to Jesus, through whom all blessings flow. He is the mediator between God and man, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Let's pray together: Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your abundant provision in this sister's life. Lord, we ask that You would continue to open her eyes to the ways You are working in her life, both big and small. Strengthen her faith, Father, and remind her daily that You are her sustainer and her portion. We pray that she will always seek Your Kingdom first, trusting that You will add all these things to her as she walks in obedience to You. We also ask, Lord, that You would deepen her understanding of the power of the name of Jesus. Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Finally, Father, we pray for her health and strength. We ask all these things in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We rejoice with you in this beautiful answer to prayer! What a testament to God’s faithfulness when we bring our needs before Him—even the smallest details of our daily lives. It’s such an encouragement to see how He provided through a simple conversation with your mom, revealing what was already there but unseen. How often our Father works in ways we don’t expect, reminding us that He knows our needs before we even ask.

We’re so grateful you shared this praise report to strengthen our faith and remind us all that no concern is too small for our Heavenly Father. He cares deeply about every part of your journey, including the practical challenges of managing your health. As you continue on this path, may you feel His presence guiding you, sustaining you, and even surprising you with His provision again and again.

If this season brings new struggles—whether with your diet, your health, or simply the day-to-day—don’t hesitate to share them with us. We’re here to lift you up, just as we’ve been blessed to witness this moment of His goodness with you. Keep trusting Him, dear sibling in Christ, and may His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind as you walk in obedience to His care.

We’re praying for continued strength, wisdom, and even joy in this journey. All glory to God for His perfect timing and unfailing love. In Jesus Name.
