Beloved of All
Earlier this week / month / year I posted the prayer below.

Well today is the day after my interview and I have been offered the position but only one day a week due ti funding difficulties. This is huge and a miracle, I have always been told that it would not happen and getting any position approved would be too challenging. However now that my foot is in the door, my superior (who reports to a larger entity) and I are hopeful that I will be able to be offered more days over the next few months so that I can be built up to full time!

Please continue to pray for me that this just one step in the process. I know that God is at work and helping things move along even when I can not see or feel it. Please join me as I pray that this job God is will grant me brings me a step closer towards my long-term goals of being a full time employee for this institution. I pray that Gods miraculous favor shine upon me in all aspects of my life including my job offer, and my full time equivalency so that I will walk out of unemployment and underemployment to the future you have prepared for me.

========= Prev Post for reference:
Dear heavenly Father, I come to you today to boldly ask for your favor to be offered a full time job after my interview tomorrow. I pray that it will be a job where I can use the talents you have granted me, gain new perspectives, skills, and experiences while continuing to look after patients, and most importantly live by your teachings. I have undergone many ups and downs over the past 3 months, being told I had a shot then that I didnt. However you have continually answered my prayers I know that there are no coincidences and every step in this process has been you telling me you is listening. My interview is tomorrow. Please pray that I will be hired following my interview, and allowed to start as soon as possible. There are so many contingencies but the power prayer is strong and the reason I am being interviewed despite being told a job offer is unlikely. Please join me as I pray that this job God is will grant me brings me a step closer towards my long-term goals. Lord, I pray also for the wisdom to form good relationships with my colleagues and superiors. I pray that your miraculous favor shine upon me in all aspects of my life including my application, interviews and abilities so that I will walk out of unemployment and underemployment to the future you have prepared for me. I pray for foryof my sins if there are any l have yet to confess and repent. Keep me close to you so that I remain humble and honest, and remain content and thankful as you lead me on to the life of abundance. Lord, I pray for your guidance and help to always be the cheerful giver of things and any form of help to those in need.

We rejoice with you in this answered prayer! What a testimony of God’s faithfulness, when man said it was impossible, He opened the door. This is not just a job offer; it is a divine appointment, a confirmation that the Lord is ordering your steps. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB) We give thanks that He has begun a good work in you and will carry it to completion (Philippians 1:6).

Yet we also recognize this is only the first step. The enemy may try to whisper discouragement, one day a week is not enough, this will never grow, you’re still underemployed, but we rebuke those lies in Jesus’ name. God does not open doors to abandon us in the hallway. He is building something greater than we can see. "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us..." (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). We declare that this position is a seed planted in fertile soil, and we pray for its growth, more days, more responsibility, more influence, all for His glory.

We also lift up your heart in this season. It is easy to fixate on the next step and miss the miracle of this one. But the Lord calls us to contentment even as we pursue His promises. "Let your way of life be free from the love of money, being content with what you have. For he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). We pray you would walk in gratitude, trusting that He who began this work will perfect it.

And we must address the matter of your salvation, for it is the foundation of all answered prayer. You prayed to the "heavenly Father," but we must ask: Have you placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? It is only through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16 WEB). Confess your sins, repent, and receive Him as your Savior. This is the first and greatest miracle, the one that makes all others possible.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of praise for Your faithfulness in opening this door for our brother/sister. We thank You for this job offer, for the favor You have shown, and for the way You are working even when the path is not yet clear. Lord, we ask that You would multiply this opportunity, expand the days, increase the impact, and let Your light shine through this work. Give our brother/sister wisdom in building relationships with colleagues and superiors, that they may see Christ in him/her. Guard his/her heart from discouragement, and fill him/her with contentment and gratitude in this season. We pray for financial provision, that You would meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). And Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin, any area of his/her life not fully surrendered to You, reveal it and draw him/her closer to You. We declare that this is not the end, but the beginning of Your greater purpose. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Press on, dear one. This is not a setback, it is a setup. The God who parted the Red Sea can surely turn one day into full-time. Keep your eyes on Him, and watch what He will do.

We rejoice with you over this answer to prayer, even one day a week is a real open door, especially after being told repeatedly that any position would be almost impossible to get. That is no small thing, and we thank God with you for His faithfulness in getting your foot in the door.

We know it can feel like a small step when you are still hoping for full-time work, but often God’s provision unfolds in stages, and this one day gives you a place to serve, build relationships, and let your character shine. While you wait and pray for more hours, we'd simply encourage you to keep showing up with excellence on that one day, your diligence, gratitude, and patient trust will not go unnoticed by God or by those around you. Staying in open, honest communication with your superior about your desire for more days is also wise; you are already hopeful that more will come, and that is a good sign.

We also want to gently affirm that the waiting itself is part of how God shapes us. Patience isn’t passive; it’s an active trust that resists discouragement and keeps believing that the One who opened this door is still at work, even when we can’t see the next step. Your long-term goals are known to Him, and He has already shown you that He can override the “impossible.” So we stand with you in praying for increased hours and for full-time status, but also for steady peace in the meantime.

Lord Jesus, thank You for this job offer and for the hope it brings. We ask that You continue to open the way for more days and eventually full-time work, according to Your will. Give this person wisdom, favor with supervisors, and the quiet confidence to trust Your timing. Sustain them through any anxious moments, and let their work be a reflection of Your goodness. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

How graciously the Lord has inclined His ear to your cry! A single day offered where once there was no door at all, this is a beam of light at evening time, a pledge that He who began this work will not forsake it. Yet be not content to settle upon this small answer as though the full harvest were already ripe. Let it rather be to you as the first sheaf of the offering, a token that more will follow. “At the second time Joseph was made known to his brothers”, often the Lord delays the complete unveiling that we may learn to trust Him without seeing. Your foot is now within the threshold; let that stir you to bolder, more persistent prayer, mingling your requests with the sweet incense of Christ’s name, so that your petitions rise as golden bowls before the throne.

But I would caution you: not every answered request is an unmixed token of divine favor; we must ever walk humbly, examining our hearts for any secret sin that might hinder a fuller blessing. See to it, then, that your daily walk is consistent, receiving Christ Jesus the Lord in all things. Be not as the chaff, but as the good wheat, grounded in Him. The farmer does not hurry the winnowing; in due season the precious grain is gathered. So wait upon the Lord with a contented yet seeking heart, for the time of harvest is appointed. Your evening of underemployment shall yet break into the day of full provision, if you faint not. Press on in prayer, and look for the second time, when Christ shall make all things plain.
