Praise Report Concerning Daughter

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I want give all Glory and Honor to our God who is faithful to complete His word. Our Daughter was diagnosed with CL Luekemia 2 years ago. For 2 years you all have prayed in the Name of Jesus with us for her healing .She just completed 9 months of normal blood counts in her blood tests. I heard from her with this glorious news. We know God has heard every prayer we prayed in the Name of Jesus. HE put her Oncologist and Medical team on the right track for her treatment of chemotherapy by mouth. Thank You Jesus for Your healing touch on our Daughter. Thank you all for your prayers and support.

We rejoice with you in this glorious report of God’s faithfulness! What a mighty testimony of His healing power and the effectiveness of prayer in the name of Jesus. Your daughter’s journey through leukemia and her nine months of normal blood counts is nothing short of a miracle, and we give all glory to our Heavenly Father, who is indeed faithful to complete the work He has begun. The scriptures declare in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." This promise has been fulfilled in your daughter’s life, and we stand in awe of His goodness.

We also thank God for guiding the hands of her oncologist and medical team, for it is He who gives wisdom to those who seek Him (James 1:5). Every step of her treatment was under His sovereign care, and we praise Him for leading them to the right path. This is a reminder that even in the midst of trials, God is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

As we celebrate this victory, we continue to lift your daughter before the Lord, praying for her complete and lasting healing. May she grow stronger each day, both physically and spiritually, and may her testimony be a light to others who are facing similar battles. We pray that her life would reflect the goodness of God and draw others to Him. Let us also pray for your family, that you would continue to trust in the Lord’s faithfulness and find rest in His promises.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the healing You have brought to this precious daughter. We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your mercy, and Your power that has sustained her through this trial. Lord, we ask that You continue to guard her health, strengthen her body, and fill her with Your peace. May she walk in the fullness of life that You have promised, and may her story bring glory to Your name. We also pray for her family, that You would surround them with Your love and give them joy in this season of celebration. Father, we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we thank You for the victory that is already hers in Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

May you continue to walk in the confidence that God is not done writing your daughter’s story. His plans for her are for good and not for harm, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Keep trusting in Him, for He who began this good work will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

What a joy it is to read this update! We have been praying alongside you for two years, and we join you in giving all the glory to God. To hear that your daughter has now had nine months of normal blood counts is a profound encouragement, and we are deeply grateful with you. It has been a long road, and your steady trust in the Father’s faithfulness through it all has been a quiet, powerful witness. Thank you for letting us share in this moment.

Even as you celebrate, we know that the journey doesn't simply erase the weight of the past two years. The memories of hard days, the lingering worries, and the hope that she continues to thrive, all of that is real. It is okay to hold both this fierce gratitude and the tender, vulnerable places in your heart. We are standing with you as you rest in the goodness of this season.

Let’s keep holding onto the God who has carried you this far. He knows the way forward, and we trust His care for your daughter, her medical team, and your whole family. You are not alone in the waiting or the wondering; we’re still here, still praying.

Jesus, thank You. Thank You for these months of healthy blood counts, for guiding the doctors to the right treatment, and for sustaining this family through so much. We praise You for Your healing touch. Continue to watch over this dear daughter, guard her body, calm every fear, and give her parents a deep sense of peace. May this testimony build enduring hope in their hearts. In Your mighty name, amen.

When the Lord stretches forth His hand to heal, the only proper response from those who have wept before His throne is to rise up with timbrel and dance, mingling the voice of melody with the voice of supplication that once broke through the night watches. You have done well to bring this report before the congregation, for a mercy so great must not be buried in silence. What was it I said but a little while ago? Prayer and praise are like the two cherubim on the ark; they must never be separated. You have known the labor of the one for these two long years; now let the sweetness of the other ascend as incense before the Lord.

For two years the petition went up, staggered perhaps at times, for a true prayer from one who is near unto the gates of death is a prevailing prayer, even when it scarce knows its own meaning or cannot follow the consecutiveness of an orderly petition. The soul reeled to and fro with fear, yet the cry reached the ear of the Faithful One. He heard you when you were at your wit's end, and He has now answered you punctually at the very tick of the clock of wisdom. Not before, not after, but in the moment ordained by His unerring counsel, when nine months of normal count testify that the Good Physician’s healing power has coursed through every vein.

Herein lies a double cause for a double duty. If He heard your voice in prayer, He shall hear your voice in praise. If He listened when the tear was in your eye, He shall listen now that your eye sparkles with holy delight. This amalgam of prayer and thanksgiving is more precious than the gold of Ophir; it is a royal way of coming before the throne. Let not your praise be solitary. Fetch in the neighbors. Let the company of the faithful lift up a common song, for united praise is like music in concert, and we ought to have such seasons where the entire service is made up of praise from beginning to end. The mist of earth's gratitude should rise as the sun of Heaven's love warms the ground.

Yet, even as you sing, continue to plead. The mercy received is a promise of more mercy to come. Your prayer was answered after God’s fashion, not in the way you expected, and He met you as though He were an enemy before He revealed Himself as your Friend. He put the oncologist on the right track; the healing leaves of the Tree of Life were dispensed through the physician’s skill, for the least things about Christ are healing. Now that you have received this gracious visitation, let it drive you to deeper communion. Let the faithfulness of Jesus, who loved His own to the end, constrain you to be always much in prayer, always adorning this doctrine by a life of holy gratitude.

Do not act as those nine lepers who went their way unthankful. Your daughter’s life is a borrowed light; let it burn brightly for Him who snatched her from the paw of the lion. And when the Evil One whispers that this was mere chance or that prayer is a vain exertion, remind him that a promise-laden prayer, born of God’s own Word, must succeed as surely as God is God. Go your way, then, with your mouth full of singing and your hands full of service. The same blood that cleansed the leper has sanctified this recovery. Because He loved His own, He loved to the end; and the end of this trial has become a bright beginning. Only you who have been healed can tell of the Physician’s power, speak it out, live it out, until your days of praise shall ne’er be past, while life and thought and being last, or immortality endures.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Glory to God, who is faithful to complete His word, as you have witnessed in your daughter’s healing. Her faith has made her whole, for Christ says, “Thy faith hath made thee whole,” and He calls such a one “daughter.” Even as the Canaanite woman cried out and was not answered at first, yet her great faith prevailed, so here the long trial has ended in mercy because you all persevered in supplication.

But let no one now say, “What need have I of prayer?” We are always in need of it, if we think rightly. Paul himself required the prayers of the Church, and the help of the saints avails only when we ourselves are on the alert. Continue, then, to offer the sacrifice of praise, to think on whatever is true, honorable, and lovely, and never let go of that holy vigilance. For just as good works gladden first the doer, so your thanksgiving returns to fill your own soul with joy, and the fountain of God’s grace does not cease for those who abide in faith.

How joyful it is to hear this report of your daughter’s healing. For two years you carried the weight of a grievous diagnosis, a shadow that falls heavily on any parent who loves their child. The Scriptures show us again and again a father's desperate love, Jairus falling at Jesus’ feet because his little daughter lay at the point of death, yet believing that if Jesus would simply lay His hand on her, she would be made whole. That same faith activated your prayers and the prayers of your church family. We rejoice that those normal blood counts are now a tangible mercy, a record that the plague has been lifted.

Faith often reaches out in ways that seem small or ordinary, yet they become the very point where healing is released. That woman with the issue of blood pressed through the crowd and thought, If I may touch but the hem of His garment, I shall be whole. In that moment, she felt the healing in her body, and Jesus said to her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole. How beautiful that He called her daughter even as He restored her. Your own daughter has experienced that restoring touch through the careful work of her medical team, the very instruments God directed onto the right track with chemotherapy by mouth. Our Lord does not follow a single rigid pattern for healing; sometimes He used spittle, sometimes a word, sometimes a touch. Here He used the hands and minds of physicians, and we give Him all the glory.

There is also a deeper truth at work. Matthew tells us that when Jesus healed the sick, He fulfilled what was spoken by Isaiah: Himself took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses. The One who bore our sins on the cross also carried our broken bodies in His compassion. The relief you feel today, the lifting of that immense weight, is a small taste of that finished work. You, like Jephthah of old, know what it is to have your heart bound up in an only child, yet instead of sorrow your daughter has been given back to you as a living testimony.

Continue to go in peace. Let this healing be not only a cause for private thanksgiving but a quiet witness to what Jesus has done. And remember that the same Lord who saw her through the valley now walks with her in the sunlight of these restored days.
