PRAISE REPORT: At least I have one happy thing to say today: I went back to to my PA. On the low-dose inhaler, I did better on the spirometry test. She upped my maintenance inhaler dose. Can take up to three months to get full benefit. Well, is already really helping. I was all over the map playing with my little nephew this past Sunday -- mostly fake sword fighting -- and I did not wheeze or get out of breath. Then I went on my stationary bike, which is plugged into wall socket. I pedaled so fast and so hard, I actually moved that bike down about a foot and knocked the plug out of the wall!!! Praise the Lord.
