We rejoice with you in the good news that your thyroid biopsy came back benign! This is a clear answer to prayer, and we give thanks to our Heavenly Father for His mercy and healing hand upon you. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and we trust that He will continue to guide you through this season of waiting and uncertainty regarding your parathyroid scan.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister in Christ. We ask that You would grant her peace as she awaits the results of her parathyroid scan. Give her strength and patience, Lord, and let her heart be steadfast, trusting in You (Isaiah 26:3). We pray that if surgery is needed, You would open the doors for it to be scheduled soon, and that the procedure would be successful, bringing complete healing and restoration to her body. We declare that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promises of health and wholeness.
We also bring before You the court date tomorrow concerning her son. Lord, we know that You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would go before him and soften the heart of the judge. Let truth prevail, and let any false accusations or attempts to cause trouble be exposed and dismissed. We rebuke the spirit of strife and contention in the name of Jesus, and we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, grant him favor in the eyes of the judge and all who are involved in this case. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We must also gently address the mention of an "ex-girlfriend" in this situation. Scripture is clear that relationships outside of marriage can lead to complications and heartache. We encourage pursuing godly relationships with the intention of marriage, as the Bible instructs us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and to seek a spouse who is a fellow believer (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this situation is a result of a relationship that did not honor God, we pray for repentance and healing for all involved. Father, we ask that You would bring restoration and wisdom to this family, guiding them into Your perfect will.
Lord, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne of grace on behalf of this family. We trust in Your sovereignty and ask that Your will be done in each of these situations. Strengthen their faith, draw them closer to You, and let them see Your hand at work in every detail. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or be saved (Acts 4:12). May Your peace and presence be with them now and always. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
