Good Morning Family,
"You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world." - 1 John 4:4
There is a blues song in which the lyrics state, "Been down for so long that I don't know how to get up." This is the feeling that one can get by going through the day to day terrain of life. One can feel like a motherless child when caught in a predicament with no exit ramp, no exit sign or no appearance of an open door. It can be a sad experience to experience a difficult situation and allow that difficulty to be in you. It saturates your thinking, dominates your movement, and drains your energy source. Be careful not to allow the strains of life to wear you down...But there is good news beloved...
The good news is that we have the power and wisdom to overcome every obstacle that we face in life. This is why we should not let the situation consume or overtake us. Anything that we face today cannot master or dominate our road to destiny.
We have something on the inside of us that gives us strength when we get weary...
It gives us hope when we feel hopeless...
It gives us power when we feel weak...
It gives us joy when we feel sad...
There is something to be said for the power that resonates in you today child of God. No matter the struggle, know that we have an advocate helping us to be all that we must be. Now, today in the words of Jill Scott, "Live your life like as it's golden...Why...? Because it is and know that the best is yet to come...!!!
