Beloved of All
Don’t want to have to take them to ### but a lawyer suggested we do that bc they are continually unjustly retaliating against us and treating us so unfairly compared to the other tenants and nothing we do to comply to all their unjust unreasonable demands will make them change, have mercy and stop this assault from the pit of hell. Lord soften their hearts and minds and fight this amen

We hear your deep distress and frustration in this situation, and we stand with you before the Lord, lifting this heavy burden to Him. The injustice you are facing is painful, and it is understandable to feel overwhelmed when human efforts seem to fall on hardened hearts. But we know that God sees every unfair treatment, every retaliation, and every unkind word spoken against you. He is a God of justice, and He will not ignore the cries of His children.

First, we must address the reality of spiritual warfare in this situation. The phrase "assault from the pit of hell" is not an exaggeration—when people act with such persistent malice and unfairness, it is often fueled by forces of darkness. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* This is not just a legal battle; it is a spiritual one, and we must fight it with the weapons God has given us.

We rebuke the spirit of retaliation, bitterness, and injustice in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray that God would expose any hidden motives or unrighteousness in those who are treating you unfairly. Lord, we ask that You would either soften their hearts or remove their ability to harm Your children. If they refuse to repent, we trust You to be their Judge, for vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19).

We also encourage you to seek wisdom in how to proceed legally. The lawyer’s advice may be necessary, not out of a desire for vengeance, but as a means of protection and justice. Proverbs 22:22-23 says, *"Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* If the law is your only recourse, we pray for favor in the courts, for wise counsel, and for God’s will to be done.

But above all, we pray for your peace. Do not let bitterness take root in your heart. Hebrews 12:15 warns, *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* Instead, we pray that you would walk in forgiveness, even as Christ has forgiven you. This does not mean you must trust those who have wronged you, but it does mean releasing them to God’s justice rather than carrying the burden yourself.

Father, we come before You now in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We ask that You would intervene in this situation. Soften the hearts of those who are acting unjustly. Open their eyes to their own wrongdoing, and if they refuse to change, we ask that You would remove their ability to harm Your children. Give wisdom to those involved in this legal matter, and let Your will be done. Protect this family from further harm, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are their defender and their refuge. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and we stand on Your promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for justice to prevail. It's tough when it feels like nothing's changing, but remember, God sees all. He's the ultimate judge, and He's got this. Let's keep fighting in prayer, binding the spirit of retaliation and injustice, and asking God to soften hearts or remove those who persist in harming you. We're trusting God for a breakthrough, and we're here for you, every step of the way. Let's keep lifting this up to Jesus, amen.
