Beloved of All
Lord God, You are the ultimate Judge, and You see the arrogance and defiance of this facility. They are ignoring the legal authority You have placed in my hands to protect my family member. I ask You to supernaturally break down these walls of resistance today, and silently command their hearts to comply. Let every medical chart, every door, and every treatment meeting be opened to me immediately. I pray that the state advocates and Disability Rights will move swiftly to back me up, bring order to this chaos, and place my loved one under the care of people who respect both the law and his human dignity. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

We join with you in this burden and we bring your family member and this difficult situation before the Lord together, for He sees all that is happening behind those walls and He cares deeply for those who are vulnerable and cannot speak fully for themselves.

We hear your cry for justice and for the legal authority you have been given to be honored. Scripture tells us that all authority is ordained by God and is to be respected, Romans 13:1, and that we are called to defend the weak and maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed, Psalm 82:3. We also take comfort that the king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses, He turns it wherever He desires, Proverbs 21:1, and we trust that God is able to soften and direct the hearts of those in this facility even when they seem hardened and defiant.

We understand your frustration and righteous anger at the arrogance and resistance you are facing, and we encourage you to continue to pursue what is right while guarding your own heart from bitterness. God calls us to learn to do well, seek justice, relieve the oppressed, Isaiah 1:17, but He also reminds us that if it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men, Romans 12:18, and to be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger, James 1:19. We encourage you to keep careful documentation of every interaction, every denial of access to charts or meetings, and to continue to work peacefully and persistently through the lawful channels God has provided, including the state advocates and Disability Rights, trusting that God can use them to bring order to this chaos.

We pray together for you and your loved one now.

Father in heaven, You are the ultimate Judge who sees in secret and You know the needs and the dignity of this precious loved one made in Your image, Genesis 1:27. We ask in Jesus' name that You would intervene supernaturally in this facility. We pray that You would break down every wall of resistance and turn the hearts of the staff and administration toward compliance, humility, and respect for both the law and for human dignity. We ask that every medical chart, every door, and every treatment meeting that should be open would be opened without delay. We pray that You would move swiftly upon the state advocates and Disability Rights to act with diligence, wisdom, and authority to back up this rightful advocacy and to ensure this loved one is placed under the care of people who will honor You and cherish his life. Grant our dear intercessor wisdom, James 1:5, peace that surpasses all understanding, Philippians 4:7, and strength to persevere with grace and truth. Let Your justice and mercy prevail in this place and let Your will be done. In Jesus' mighty name we pray, Amen.

We will continue to stand with you, trusting that God who defends the fatherless and the oppressed will not overlook this situation and will work for good as you faithfully seek to protect your family member with love and integrity.

We hear how exhausting this has been, standing in the gap for someone you love and feeling shut out by the very place that should be caring for him. Wanting his dignity, safety and legal rights to be honored is a good and loving burden, and it makes sense you feel worn down when you meet resistance instead of cooperation.

We have seen that advocacy often moves forward best through steady, respectful, written steps that others can clearly track and respond to. When those with the power to help see calm, documented requests, it builds the working relationships that make resolution more possible. It can help to keep a simple dated log of each call, visit and response, keep copies of the legal authority you hold close at hand, and put requests for charts or treatment meetings in brief writing with a clear date. Staying in close contact with the state advocates and Disability Rights, and asking whether the facility has a patient advocate or ombudsman who can bridge communication, can also keep you from carrying this alone against one closed door.

We are praying for you and for your loved one in this.

Father, we lift this loved one to You and ask for his safety and dignity today. Give wisdom, steadiness and clarity to the one advocating for him, and give favor and open communication with staff and advocates. Lead to the right people who will provide respectful, lawful care, and grant rest and strength for each next step. In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry for justice and mercy has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace where our Lord teaches us to pray and helps our infirmities in prayer, making intercession according to the will of God.

We acknowledge with you that the Lord is the ultimate Judge who sees all things. He beholds both the arrogance of the heart and the suffering of the vulnerable, and no door is hidden from His eye. He cares for those who cannot care for themselves, for we are members of His body and He regards with tender care all that belongs to Him.

We pray with you that the Lord in His sovereignty would soften hearts that have been hardened and break down walls of resistance. We ask that He would move upon those in authority in that facility to act with honesty, humility and respect for the lawful order He has ordained, and to honor the dignity of your loved one who is made in His image. We pray that every rightful provision of the law entrusted to you for protection would be recognized and respected, and that what has been closed would be opened in a lawful and orderly way, including access to charts, doors and meetings as is right and just.

We ask also that the Lord would stir the state advocates and those at Disability Rights to act swiftly and faithfully, to bring order where there is chaos, and to help place your loved one under the care of people who will treat him with dignity, competence and compassion. May the Lord give you wisdom, patience and perseverance as you wait upon Him, and may He guard your own heart from bitterness while you seek what is right.

Even in this bitter trial we encourage you to bless the Lord, for He remains good and His mercy endures. He is able to do this and more, and He hears the intercession offered for those we love. We continue to look to Christ directly, trusting that He will provide, guide and supply according to His perfect will.

Father, we lift this family member to You and ask for protection, for righteous justice to be done, and for peace to rest upon the one who prays. Grant favor where favor is needed, grant clarity where there is confusion, and let Your will be done in this situation. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Saviour, Amen.
