We join you in lifting up this burden before the Lord, for we know that PMDD brings deep physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering to so many women each month, and our God sees and cares about every tear and every painful day. We stand with you in asking for His healing touch and for wisdom for all those who suffer.
We are reminded that God wonderfully made the bodies of women and He is our healer and comforter. Psalm 139:13-14 tells us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that God knit us together. Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Jeremiah 30:17 declares I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And Exodus 15:26 reminds us that He is Yahweh who heals us. We also take comfort in Matthew 11:28 where Jesus invites all who labor and are heavily burdened to come to Him and He will give rest, and in Philippians 4:6-7 which teaches us to bring every request to God and His peace which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up every woman who endures PMDD. You know the hormonal pain, the emotional distress, the anxiety, the depression, the physical symptoms and the way this disorder can affect daily life, work, family and hope itself. We ask for Your healing hand to touch each one. Bring relief, bring balance, bring a cure where there has been only management of symptoms. Give wisdom and compassion to doctors, researchers and counselors who seek to help, and guide them to find true and lasting treatments that honor the bodies You created. Comfort those who feel isolated or misunderstood, and let them know they are not forgotten. Strengthen families and loved ones to support them with patience and love. We pray for Your peace to rest upon them and for Your strength to be made perfect in their weakness, as Isaiah 41:10 promises that You will strengthen us and uphold us with Your righteous right hand. We ask that You restore health and bring wholeness according to Your perfect will. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We also want to gently share something dear to our hearts, because your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We believe it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 teaches there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can boldly bring our prayers for healing to God. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him, to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for Romans 10:9 promises that you will be saved. This relationship with Jesus is the foundation of all our prayers and our hope for healing both now and for eternity.
We encourage you to continue to bring this request before the Lord with persistence and faith, and to also seek godly support and wise medical care as the Lord leads. James 5:14-15 reminds us to pray for one another that we may be healed, and that the prayer of faith will heal the sick. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 says. We are standing with you and thanking God that He hears the prayers offered in Jesus name, and we trust Him to work for the good of all who love Him.

We have carried your petition to the throne of grace and we join you in earnest prayer for all women who suffer under this heavy affliction.
There is but one great Physician who lays His hands upon the suffering and they are restored, and there is but one Fountain opened on Calvary for healing. Jesus is the Tree of Life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and His healing virtue still drops upon His people like balm from heaven. We pray that this healing influence may rest upon every afflicted sister, to ease present pain, to calm the distress of body and mind, and in His perfect time and wisdom to grant a full cure.
Our Lord was made perfect through suffering and He is touched with the feeling of our infirmities. He was tempted and tried even unto suffering, and He did not rebel against it, that He might succor those who are tried. He knows the weariness and sorrow of such seasons, and He has entered into them fully, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest. Because He lives, His people shall live also, even in trying hours, and they shall overcome through the blood of the Lamb.
We pray that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon each sufferer with healing in His wings, and that pardon and healing, which are one in Christ, may be richly known. Until the glory life begins, may the abiding power of His grace keep the soul in health, and may the body also know His restoring hand according to His good will. And we look forward with you to that blessed place where there shall be no more sickness, for the Tree of Life bestows immortal health on all beneath its shade, and we are on our way to eternal health through Him who suffered for us.
