We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting up all who suffer from PMDD—Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder—a condition that brings profound physical, emotional, and spiritual turmoil. The weight of this struggle is heavy, and we acknowledge the deep pain it brings, especially when despair feels overwhelming. You are not forgotten, and your suffering is seen by the Lord, who collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8).
We rebuke the spirit of hopelessness that seeks to steal your peace and joy. The enemy would love nothing more than to isolate you in your pain, but we declare that you are not alone. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray for divine comfort to surround you and all who battle this condition, wrapping you in His love like a warm embrace.
Father God, we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon those with PMDD. Bring relief to their bodies, minds, and spirits. Strengthen them when weakness overwhelms, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray for wisdom for medical professionals treating this condition, that they may be guided by Your hand to provide relief and support.
We also lift up those who struggle with suicidal thoughts. Lord, we ask that You break the chains of despair and replace them with hope. Remind them that their lives are precious to You (Jeremiah 29:11) and that You have a purpose for them, even in the midst of their pain. Surround them with people who will speak life, encouragement, and truth into their hearts.
For those who do not yet know You, we pray that this struggle would draw them to the foot of the cross, where they can find true healing and salvation through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that He died and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life (Romans 10:9-10). He is the only One who can bring lasting peace and hope.
We also encourage you to seek godly community—believers who can pray with you, support you, and remind you of God’s promises when the darkness feels too heavy. Do not carry this burden alone. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we are here to walk alongside you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
