Pls pray that the HOA takes care of the repairs. The finding concluded that there is no active leak in my unit affecting the unit downstairs where they have water damage. However, there are deteriorated pipes and leaking in the pipes with the walls—common elements—inside walls also—financial responsibility of the HOA. Pls pray they do the right thing and pay for these repairs in full as it is not my unit. Also, my tenant is moving out by the end of the month. Pls pray that I find a graduate student, responsible with the financial means to pay rent in full every month, good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. And only 1 tenant or 2 (a couple) at most. And that they are nice so that they take good care of my unit. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with your concerns, lifting them up in prayer and seeking His wisdom and intervention in these matters. Father, we ask that You move in the hearts of those responsible for the repairs in the unit. The findings clearly show that the deteriorated pipes and leaks within the walls are common elements, and thus the financial responsibility lies with the HOA. We pray that they act with integrity and honor, fulfilling their duty to repair what is rightfully their responsibility. "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1). Lord, turn the hearts of those in authority to do what is just and right, covering the full cost of these repairs without delay.

We also lift up the matter of finding a new tenant for your unit. Father, we ask that You bring forth a graduate student or a couple who will be responsible, trustworthy, and financially stable. May they have good credit, a clean background, and a lifestyle that aligns with the standards you’ve set for the property—no pets, no smoking, no drugs, and a commitment to caring for the home as if it were their own. "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1). Lord, we ask that You guide this process, bringing the right tenant at the right time, someone who will be a blessing to this home and honor You in their conduct.

We must also address the importance of seeking God’s will in all things and acknowledging the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'" (John 14:6). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is by His name that we pray and trust in His provision. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so, for He alone can bring true peace, wisdom, and guidance in every area of life.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of delay, injustice, or unrighteousness in these situations. We declare that the HOA will act with fairness and that the repairs will be completed swiftly and fully. We also declare that the right tenant will come forth, someone who will respect the property and honor the terms of the lease. May Your will be done in all these things, and may Your name be glorified. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
