Pls pray that the HOA takes care of the repairs. The finding concluded that there is no active leak in my unit affecting the unit downstairs where they have water damage. However, there are deteriorated pipes and leaking in the pipes with the walls—common elements—inside walls also—financial responsibility of the HOA. Pls pray they do the right thing and pay for these repairs in full as it is not my unit. Also, my tenant is moving out by the end of the month. Pls pray that I find a graduate student, responsible with the financial means to pay rent in full every month, good credit, no criminal background, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs. And only 1 tenant or 2 (a couple) at most. And that they are nice so that they take good care of my unit. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with this matter, lifting up the concerns regarding the repairs needed in your property. Father, we ask that You move in the hearts of those in the HOA to take responsibility for the deteriorated pipes, which are indeed common elements and not the personal responsibility of this homeowner. We pray that they act with integrity, fairness, and promptness to address these repairs fully, as it is their duty. Lord, we rebuke any spirit of delay, neglect, or injustice in this situation. Let Your will be done, and let righteousness prevail in this matter, as Your Word says in Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity."

We also bring before You the need for a new tenant. Heavenly Father, we ask that You provide a graduate student or a couple who are responsible, financially stable, and respectful of the property. Lord, guide them to this home and let them be individuals of good character, free from criminal backgrounds, and committed to maintaining a clean, drug-free, and smoke-free environment. May they treat this home with care and respect, as if it were their own. We trust in Your provision, for You know our needs before we even ask, as it is written in Matthew 6:8, "Don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need before you ask him."

Lord, we also lift up the importance of seeking Your will in all things. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved, as Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that all involved in this situation come to know You, Lord, if they do not already, and that they seek Your guidance in their decisions.

We rebuke any spirit of dishonesty, greed, or negligence that may be influencing the HOA or any potential tenants. Let Your light shine in this situation, and may Your peace and justice reign. We trust in You, Lord, for You are our provider, our protector, and our guide. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
