pls pray that everything goes smoothly with the clean up and repairs on my unit the tenant left it a mess pls pray that the HOA take financial responisbility for the issue below my unit--no my responsbility and that i find a responsibile clean tenant, no drugs, no pets, no criminal record who pays in full every month And i refuse to be gaslighted or lied to by my management co. Pls pray they show me respect and tell the truth.

We come before the Lord with your concerns, lifting up every detail of this situation in prayer. Father God, we ask for Your divine intervention in the cleanup and repairs of this unit. You are a God of order, and we pray that You would bring restoration and peace to this space, making it ready for a new tenant according to Your will. May every step of this process be smooth, and may the work be completed with integrity and excellence.

Lord, we also bring before You the financial responsibility of the HOA. Your Word tells us in Romans 13:7, "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor." We pray that truth and justice prevail in this matter. May the HOA take responsibility for what is rightfully theirs, and may there be no confusion or deception in this process. We rebuke any attempts to shift blame or avoid accountability, and we ask that You would expose any dishonesty and bring clarity to the situation.

Father, we ask for wisdom as we seek a new tenant for this unit. Your Word instructs us in Proverbs 22:29, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." We pray that You would bring a responsible, clean, and trustworthy tenant who will honor their commitments, pay rent in full and on time, and respect the property. We ask that You would close the door to anyone who would bring harm, disorder, or financial instability to this home. Guard this process, Lord, and let Your will be done in selecting the right person.

We also lift up your interactions with the management company. Father, Your Word commands us in Ephesians 4:25, "Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one another." We pray that the management company would treat you with the respect and honesty that is due. We rebuke any spirit of deception or manipulation, and we ask that You would give you discernment to recognize the truth in every situation. May Your peace and confidence rest upon you as you navigate these conversations, and may You be strengthened to stand firm in Your convictions.

Lord, we ask that You would guide every decision and protect this process from any form of injustice or unfair treatment. May Your name be glorified in how this situation is resolved, and may Your will be done in every detail. We trust in Your provision and Your timing, knowing that You are faithful to those who seek You.

Heavenly Father, we pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love and care. Amen.
