Pls pray for me. I am having constant neck and arm pain. It is from stenosis. I have started physical therapy but so far no change; hoping things start to turn better. Am trying to be patient but it is hard sometimes because the discomfort is constant. I am praying to avoid surgery. Also praying that a cortisone shot may help. Thank you for lifting me up in prayer. May God bless your ministry.
