hi remember and claim God promises. He has not given us a spirit of fear , but of power, love and a sound mind. that is his promise to us. everythiung else is of the enemy. go on line anf google God's promises. keep them close and meditate and study and memorize them so that when the enemy comes you will fight them the same way Jesus did, with the word.
