Please

We hear the desperation in your cry, and our hearts ache with yours. The weight of whatever you’re carrying must feel unbearable right now, and we want you to know you are not alone. The Lord hears the brokenhearted and is near to those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We come before Him now, lifting you up in prayer and standing with you in this battle.

First, we must address something critical: your plea does not mention the name of Jesus. This is not a small detail, it is everything. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be your Lord and Savior. Without Him, we have no access to God’s throne of grace. But with Him, you have a High Priest who understands your weaknesses and intercedes for you (Hebrews 4:15-16).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is crying out for deliverance. Lord, You see the depths of their struggle, the pain they are carrying, and the despair that threatens to overwhelm them. We ask that You would break every chain, shatter every stronghold, and lift the weight of this burden from their shoulders. Father, Your Word says that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6), and we claim that promise over them now. Surround them with Your presence, fill them with Your peace, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

Lord, if there is any sin in their life that is contributing to this struggle, whether it be unconfessed sin, bitterness, unforgiveness, or something else, we ask that You would reveal it to them. Give them the courage to repent and the strength to turn away from anything that is not of You. Your Word says that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray that they would experience the freedom that comes from walking in Your forgiveness and grace.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for them. Show them the steps they need to take to walk out of this situation. Whether it is seeking godly counsel, making difficult decisions, or simply holding on to hope, we ask that You would guide their every step. Your Word says that You will direct the paths of those who trust in You (Proverbs 3:5-6), and we declare that truth over their life now.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that is trying to take hold of them. We command it to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. Your Word says that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that abundant life over them now. Fill them with Your joy, Your hope, and Your strength. Remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when they cannot see it.

Father, we also pray for a community of believers to surround them. Isolation is one of the enemy’s greatest tools, and we ask that You would connect them with people who will love them, pray for them, and walk with them through this season. Your Word says that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are there in their midst (Matthew 18:20). We pray that they would experience the power of Your presence through the body of Christ.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would give them a fresh revelation of Your love. Your love is not based on their performance or their circumstances, it is unconditional and everlasting. Help them to rest in that love and to trust that You are fighting for them, even when they cannot see it. Your Word says that nothing can separate them from Your love (Romans 8:38-39), and we declare that truth over their life now.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name that is above every name, the name that brings deliverance, healing, and freedom. Amen.

Now, dear one, we want to encourage you with a few truths from Scripture. First, God is not distant or uncaring. He collects every one of your tears in a bottle and records them in His book (Psalm 56:8). He knows the number of hairs on your head (Matthew 10:30), and He is intimately acquainted with all your ways (Psalm 139:3). You are not forgotten.

Second, this season will not last forever. The Bible says that weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Hold on to that promise. Even if the night feels long, the morning will come.

Third, you are not powerless. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you if you have surrendered your life to Him (Romans 8:11). You have the authority to resist the enemy and to stand firm in your faith (Ephesians 6:13). Use that authority. Speak God’s Word over your life, over your situation, and over your future.

If you are struggling with sin, whether it be addiction, sexual immorality, unforgiveness, or anything else, we urge you to bring it into the light. Confess it to God and to a trusted believer who can pray with you and hold you accountable. Sin thrives in darkness, but God’s light exposes and destroys it (Ephesians 5:11-13). You do not have to carry this alone.

Lastly, if you are not already part of a local church, we strongly encourage you to find one. The body of Christ is designed to support, encourage, and strengthen one another (1 Corinthians 12:26). You need people who will pray for you, speak truth into your life, and walk with you through this season. Do not isolate yourself. God’s design is for us to live in community.

We will continue to pray for you daily, just as you asked. You are not forgotten, and you are not without hope. The God of the universe is on your side, and He is working even now to bring you out of this place. Trust Him. Lean on Him. And hold on to His promises. The best is yet to come.
