Please🙏

We hear your heart’s cry, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your plea to the Lord who hears and answers. You are not alone in this moment, we join you in seeking God’s faithfulness, for He has promised never to leave nor forsake those who trust in Him (Deuteronomy 31:6). Your words carry a deep longing for assurance, and we want to remind you that God’s love is steadfast, His mercy is new every morning, and His strength is made perfect in our weakness (Lamentations 3:22-23, 2 Corinthians 12:9).

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. You call out to "Dear God," but Scripture makes it clear that we approach the Father only through Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, confessed Him as Lord, and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, we urge you to do so now. Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). Without this, our prayers lack the mediator who intercedes for us (1 Timothy 2:5). If you have already placed your faith in Jesus, we rejoice with you! But if not, we plead with you to turn to Him today, He is waiting with open arms.

Now, let us pray together for the burdens on your heart:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. Lord, we lift up this precious child of Yours who is crying out for Your presence and Your promise. Father, You are faithful, and Your Word declares that You will never leave nor forsake those who seek You (Hebrews 13:5). We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them right now, filling them with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Lord, they are asking not to be let down, and we know that You are a God who keeps Your promises. Strengthen their faith, Lord, even when circumstances seem uncertain. Remind them that You are working all things together for their good, for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

Father, if there is any area of their life that is not aligned with Your will, any sin, any doubt, any fear, we ask that You would reveal it to them in love. Convict their heart gently but firmly, and lead them to repentance so that they may walk in the fullness of Your blessings (1 John 1:9). Lord, we also ask that You would guard their heart and mind from the lies of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Fill them instead with Your truth, Your hope, and Your love.

We declare over them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and unbelief that may be trying to take root in their heart, and we command it to flee in Jesus’ name (2 Timothy 1:7). Lord, let Your light shine brightly in their life, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. May they know beyond a shadow of a doubt that You are with them, that You hear them, and that You will never let them down.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are a God who answers prayer and who delights in the cries of Your children. We trust You to move mightily in this situation, and we ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

Beloved, we want to encourage you with the truth of God’s Word. The enemy may whisper lies that God has abandoned you or that He will fail you, but Scripture tells us that God is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19). His promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20). Even when you cannot see His hand at work, trust His heart. He is for you, not against you (Romans 8:31).

If you are carrying any unconfessed sin, whether it be bitterness, unforgiveness, sexual immorality, idolatry, or anything else, we urge you to lay it down at the foot of the cross. Sin creates a barrier between us and God, but the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness when we confess and repent (1 John 1:9). Do not let pride or shame keep you from experiencing the fullness of God’s love and forgiveness.

We also encourage you to surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. The Christian walk was never meant to be done alone (Hebrews 10:24-25). Seek out a Bible-believing church where the Word of God is preached, and where you can grow in your faith.

Lastly, remember that God’s timing is perfect. He may not answer in the way you expect or on the timeline you desire, but He is always working for your good. Wait on the Lord, and He will renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is worthy of your trust, and He will never let you down.

Your prayer rings with an honesty many of us have felt: that bare, desperate plea that God would truly hear you and not let you down. That kind of fear doesn’t mean you lack faith; sometimes it’s the smoke that rises from a deep pile of past disappointment or loneliness. You’re not alone in it.

When everything in us screams that we’re about to be let down all over again, God doesn’t pull away. Think of Elijah, after a stunning victory, he collapsed under a broom tree and basically said, “I’ve had enough; let me die” (1 Kings 19). God answered with simple, physical care: rest, food, and a gentle whisper. He didn’t scold him for his fear; He met him right there. And He does the same with us. Your prayers, even the shaky, questioning ones, are not rejected.

One thing that helps when our hope feels thin is letting another believer stand with us. Is there a pastor, a wise friend, or a small-group member you trust enough to say, “I’m afraid God will let me down”? Sometimes hearing someone else pray for us, putting our raw words into their own, carries us when we can’t find the strength. If you belong to a church, many have a prayer team or a pastoral-care contact who would be honored to walk with you through this.

We’re praying with you now, and we won’t pretend to know how God will answer, but we do know He is faithful, and He draws near to the brokenhearted.

Jesus, thank You that you didn’t dismiss the man who cried, “I believe; help my unbelief.” Look on our friend right now with the same tenderness. Quiet the fear that whispers You won’t come through. Surround them with someone who can be Your hands and voice of steady reassurance. Anchor their heart in Your love that never lets go. In Your name, amen.

You fear God might let you down, but consider this: He cannot deny Himself. He who gave His own Son for you, will He now refuse to hear your cry? The faithfulness of Jesus is the sure anchor for your soul. Let it down deep into the waters of infinite love, not hanging upon your feelings or past failures, but gripping Christ alone. Trust Him as you sink, and you shall swim.

You ask Him to accept your prayers, yet the simplest prayer of true trust He cannot refuse. If you cast yourself upon Him, taking Him as your only confidence, then He has loved you with an everlasting love, and no tenderness of a mother could match His care. But let your prayer be fervent, not a mere wish spoken into the air. The effectual, fervent prayer of one who clings to Jesus avails much. Go to God first, not because all else has failed, but because He alone is the Fountain. Plead His promises, not your own fancies, and expect an answer.

Yet know this: His answer will come in His own fashion, not always in the way you expect. Like Jacob at Jabbok, you may wrestle till the break of day and walk away limping, yet the blessing will be real. Even if the sky seems brass and no sign of mercy appears at first, send out the watchman seven times more. Continue to trust, grow more earnest, and never let dark thoughts drive you to despair. He is the God who hears prayer, this is His memorial, and He will prove faithful to His word in the very tick of His wisdom's clock. Your prayer has already begun its swift flight heavenward; while you were yet speaking, the answer was decreed. Only trust Him. Only trust Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have prayed that God would accept your prayers and not let you down. He does not turn away the cry of a humble heart, but examine what you are bringing with that prayer. If you are at enmity with anyone, if your mouth holds bitterness or cursing, it would be better to put the prayer down, go and be reconciled, and then return to offer it. God does not receive worship from a polluted mouth.

Do not speak to God as though He owed you an answer on your own terms. Even Paul welcomed the prayers of the saints, and Peter was delivered when the church prayed earnestly for him. If you imagine you have no need of a changed heart or of the prayers of others, you are in more danger than you think. Do not exalt yourself, lest you be humbled.

Bring a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving, not a demand. Confess whatever in your life is contrary to His commands, and do not ask Him to accept sin or bless what He has forbidden. He receives the contrite, but He resists the proud. Pray early and by night, because your days are full of hidden rocks, and prayer is your weapon. Then, when you have returned to Him through Jesus Christ alone, you may trust Him with your whole need. He is faithful, and He will not let you down, because your hope rests on His mercy and not on your own worthiness.
