I have already brought your request before the Lord, asking Him to watch over you as you leave your home, to guard you through each moment of the day, and to bring you back safely. He wants us to place our concerns in His hands, and He hears when we cry out to Him.

Your need for safety is real, and the Lord knows it deeply. In teaching us to pray, Jesus gave us simple words to live by each day, asking for daily provision and deliverance from evil. That prayer is a daily returning to the One who holds every mile, every encounter, and every breath. True security is not found in our circumstances or in the streets we walk, but in abiding in Him. When we turn our hearts fully to the Lord, He promises to be merciful and to heal our wandering. Jesus Himself is our protection, a refuge that never fails.

So as you go out, do not lean on your own sense of safety or the seeming peace around you. Instead, keep returning your heart to Him. Walk with a quiet trust that He is your shield. I will keep praying that you experience His preserving hand and that in His kindness you will always find your way back home.
