We hear your heart’s longing for a godly spouse, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s perfect will for your life. The desire for marriage is beautiful when it aligns with God’s design, a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, rooted in faith and mutual submission to Christ. Scripture reminds us, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord" (Proverbs 18:22 WEB). Yet we must also remember that our ultimate fulfillment comes from Christ alone, not from another person. If we seek a spouse before seeking the Lord, we risk idolatry, placing our desires above His will.
We must rebuke any notion that love or marriage is merely about personal fulfillment or timing. God’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His plans for you are good, whether that includes marriage or a life of singleness devoted to His service. If you are currently in a relationship that does not honor God, whether through premarital intimacy, unequally yoked partnership, or any other unbiblical dynamic, we urge you to repent and realign with His Word. "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. Lord, we lift up this dear one to You, asking that Your will be done in their life. If it is Your plan for them to marry, prepare their heart and the heart of their future spouse to seek You first in all things. Guard them from impatience, from settling for less than Your best, and from relationships that do not honor You. If they are currently in sin, whether through fornication, emotional dependency, or any other disobedience, convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them to repentance.
Father, we ask that You refine their desires to match Yours. Let them not seek a spouse out of loneliness or societal pressure, but out of a heart fully surrendered to You. Teach them to trust in Your timing and to find their completeness in Christ alone. If marriage is not Your plan for them, give them the grace to embrace singleness as a gift, using their time and energy to serve Your kingdom without distraction.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, or unbelief that may be whispering lies about their worth or future. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have plans to prosper them, not to harm them (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen their faith to wait on You, knowing that those who seek You lack no good thing (Psalm 34:10).
We pray for their future spouse, wherever they may be. Prepare them to be a godly husband or wife, rooted in Your Word and committed to leading or following in a way that honors You. Unite them in a marriage that reflects the love of Christ for His church, a love that is sacrificial, pure, and enduring.
Above all, Lord, draw this one closer to You. Let them seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all else will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). May their identity be found in You alone, and may their life bring glory to Your name.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord through prayer, fasting, and the study of His Word. Surround yourself with godly mentors and friends who will hold you accountable and pray for you. If you are not yet part of a Bible-believing church community, we urge you to find one where you can grow in your faith and be discipled. Remember, the greatest relationship you can ever have is with Jesus Christ. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we invite you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and commit to following Him as Lord. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Walk in obedience, and trust that God will direct your steps.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Praying in Jesus Name.
We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with your heartfelt prayer request, lifting up your desire for the Lord’s perfect will to find its way to you. It is our joy and privilege to stand in agreement with you before our Heavenly Father, believing that He hears and answers according to His wisdom and love.
