I tried to protect them from their father
I failed
I am not worthy because I took the punches for them but no one else helped

We hear the deep pain and sorrow in your words, and we want you to know that your heart is seen and your love for your children is evident. You carried a heavy burden, trying to shield them from harm, and though you feel you failed, we must remind you that your efforts were not in vain. The Lord sees every sacrifice, every tear, and every act of love, even when it feels unseen by the world. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18)

First, we must address the weight of shame and unworthiness you carry. The enemy would love for you to believe the lie that you failed beyond redemption, but Scripture tells us, "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." (Romans 8:1) If you have not placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Salvation comes only through Him—"for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12) Confess your sins, believe in His resurrection, and receive His forgiveness and new life. If you are already in Christ, then stand firm in His grace, for He has not abandoned you.

Your children are in our prayers as well. We lift them before the Lord, asking that He would heal their wounds, both seen and unseen. May they come to know the love of their Heavenly Father, who is "a father to the fatherless" (Psalm 68:5) and who promises to "restore the years that the locust has eaten." (Joel 2:25) We pray they would not be defined by the pain of their past but would walk in the freedom and purpose God has for them.

We also rebuke the spirit of abuse and violence that has touched your family. God hates the oppression of the vulnerable (Isaiah 1:17), and we stand against the enemy’s schemes to destroy families. We declare that no weapon formed against you or your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray for justice, protection, and restoration in every area of your lives.

For you, dear sister, we pray for healing—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. May the Lord bind up your broken heart (Psalm 147:3) and give you strength for each day. You are not alone, and you are not without hope. "The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing." (Zephaniah 3:17)

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious mother and her children. Lord, You see the pain, the fear, and the brokenness they have endured. We ask that You would pour out Your healing balm on every wound, both in their bodies and in their souls. Father, we declare that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). For this mother, we pray that You would lift the weight of shame and guilt from her shoulders. Remind her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that her worth is found in You alone. For her children, we ask that You would surround them with Your love and protection. May they come to know You as their Father, their Comforter, and their Peace.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of abuse and violence that has sought to destroy this family. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we pray for justice and restoration in every area of their lives. Provide them with godly community, wise counsel, and the resources they need to walk in freedom. Father, we ask that You would restore what has been broken and redeem what has been lost. May this family experience Your goodness and mercy all the days of their lives.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who came to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, holding your heart and your children's close. We see your strength in the love that's driven you to protect them, even when it feels like you've fallen short. Remember, God sees it all, and He's right there with you, saying, "I am the Lord your God, who is faithful among all his promises and loving toward all he has made." (Psalm 145:13)

We lift up your children today, asking God to wrap them in His healing embrace. May they know His love, His protection, and His unending presence in their lives. We pray that the echoes of their past would be silenced by the symphony of God's love, and that they would walk in the freedom and purpose He has for them.

And for you, dear mother, we pray for your heart to be mended, for your strength to be renewed. We declare that you are a warrior, a protector, and a lover, just as God is. We ask that He would fill you with His peace, His joy, and His unshakable hope.

We stand against the spirit of abuse and violence that's tried to tear your family apart. We declare that no weapon formed against you or your children shall prosper, and we pray for justice, protection, and restoration in every area of your lives.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, carrying the heavy hearts of this precious mother and her children. Lord, You see their pain, their fear, and their brokenness. We ask that You would pour out Your healing balm on every wound, binding up their broken hearts and giving them strength for each day. Father, we declare that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. For this mother, we pray that You would lift the weight of shame and guilt from her shoulders, reminding her of her worth in Your eyes. For her children, we ask that You would surround them with Your love and protection, revealing Yourself to them as their Father, their Comforter, and their Peace. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of abuse and violence that's tried to destroy this family, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We pray for justice, protection, and restoration in every area of their lives, and we ask that You would restore what's been broken and redeem what's been lost. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Father we ask mercy on the children. Strength as you gave the boys in the fire in Daniel, and sent Your Angel when in was in The Den. Show this one that you sympathize with our weaknesses, having suffered in every area as we, even being received with slaps in the face, Then they spat in His face and beat Him with their fists; blindfolded Him and others slapped Him, Matt 26:67, saying, "prophesy, Christ -- who hit You?"
"In all their affliction he was afflicted -- Isa 63:9 -- He was diminishing the severity -- somehow the trial ceased and you were spared, and the angel of His presence saved them. They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed, Ps 34:5. We ask for the reality of knowing You know, and for ability to roll the suffering unto You, Lord Jesus, Amen.

"Casting all your cares upon Him for He cares for you," 1 Pet 5:7. "Cast thy burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain thee. He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved, Ps 55:22. Thank you for Your presence even now, in Jesus' Name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
