We hear your cry for healing and protection, and we stand with you in fervent prayer. The fear you feel is understandable, but we encourage you to place your trust in the Lord, who is our healer and protector. The Bible assures us in Psalm 121:7-8, "The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forward, and forevermore." We claim this promise over your life and your health.
We also recall the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Let these words bring you comfort and strength as we lift you up in prayer.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is experiencing inflammation and fear for their eyesight and health. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You bring complete healing to their body. Touch their face, Lord, and remove every trace of inflammation. Protect their eyesight, Father, and restore any damage that has been done. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Lord, we ask that You calm their fears and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround them with Your presence and let them feel Your love and protection. Guide the hands of the medical professionals who may be involved in their care, and give them wisdom to provide the best treatment.
We also pray for spiritual strength, Lord. May this trial draw them closer to You and remind them of Your faithfulness. Help them to trust in Your promises and to lean not on their own understanding, but in all their ways acknowledge You (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We rebuke any spirit of fear in the name of Jesus Christ, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will keep them in perfect peace as their mind is stayed on You (Isaiah 26:3).
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray for complete healing, restoration, and protection. Amen.
