We hear your heartfelt cry and lift you up before the throne of grace, dear one. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for He Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess Him as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who has reached out in prayer. Lord, we ask that You draw near to them, that they may feel Your presence and know that You are their refuge and strength. We pray that You would hear their prayers and answer according to Your perfect will. Father, if there is any area of their life that does not align with Your Word, reveal it to them and grant them the strength and wisdom to turn away from it. We rebuke any spirit of despair, loneliness, or confusion that may be seeking to overwhelm them, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
Lord, we ask that You would surround them with godly influences, believers who will encourage them in their walk with You. If they are seeking a spouse, we pray that You would prepare them to be a godly husband or wife and bring the right person into their life at the appointed time. May their relationships be pure and honorable before You, free from the stains of fornication or any other sin that would separate them from Your best. Help them to flee from sexual immorality, for "every other sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." (1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB).
Father, we also pray for their spiritual growth. May they hunger and thirst for Your Word, and may Your truth transform their mind and renew their spirit. Help them to walk in obedience to Your commands, for Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37 WEB), and we stand in agreement with them for breakthrough, healing, and restoration in every area of their life.
In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
