We hear your cry for protection and safety, and we stand with you in lifting this request before our Heavenly Father. The Bible assures us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We take comfort in knowing that He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him (Proverbs 30:5), and we trust in His promise to never leave nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your divine protection to surround them like a fortress. Lord, we pray that You would be a shield about them, guarding their heart, mind, and body from all harm and evil. Protect them from the snares of the enemy, from accidents, from illness, and from any form of danger. Cover them with the precious blood of Jesus, which cleanses us from all sin and breaks every chain of darkness.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we ask that You would station Your angels around them to keep them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for them, Father. Guide their steps and order their paths according to Your will (Proverbs 3:5-6). Help them to walk in Your ways and to trust in You with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding.
If there are areas in their life where they have not fully surrendered to You, Lord, we pray that You would draw them closer. Remind them that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You and that salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12). May they find their strength and hope in Christ alone, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
We rebuke any fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of their heart. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let them feel Your presence surrounding them, comforting them, and giving them courage.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your infinite love. May this dear one feel Your protection and peace in every moment, knowing that You are always with them. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
