We stand together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, through whom we have access to the Father and by whom alone we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is only by the blood of Jesus that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16), and it is His authority we invoke when we rebuke the enemy and his schemes.
Father God, we come before You as Your children, clothed in the righteousness of Christ, to stand against the evil plans of the enemy. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke the devil and his agents in the powerful name of Jesus, commanding every unjust retaliation, every scheme, and every plot to fail and come to nothing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that the plans of the wicked will not stand, and their efforts to harm Your children will be in vain.
Lord, we acknowledge that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19). You are a just God, and You will repay. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your righteous judgment. We ask that You arise, O Lord, and let Your enemies be scattered (Psalm 68:1). Let the wicked be turned back, confounded, and put to shame who seek to do us harm (Psalm 35:4). Let them see that it is futile to come against a child of God, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We pray for strength and wisdom for Your people as we face spiritual battles. Equip us with the full armor of God so that we may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Let us be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might (Ephesians 6:10). We put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word (Ephesians 6:14-17). With these, we stand unshaken and victorious.
Father, we also pray for those who may not yet know You. If there are any among us who have not surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to see the truth of the gospel and the salvation that comes only through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9). Let them confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead, so that they may be saved (Romans 10:9).
We lift up those who are weary and heavy-laden, reminding them that Jesus calls them to come to Him for rest (Matthew 11:28). We pray for renewed strength, peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and a fresh filling of the Holy Spirit to guide and empower us. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ. We declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your church (Matthew 16:18). We stand firm in Your promises, knowing that You are with us always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray and declare these things. Amen.
