Please prayer that my family and I will get through this house situation that we are now faced with. We have been taking care of this house for the past 50 years and was never given a dollar by the lady who asked us to assist her. We paid both the mortgage and the property taxes; and also got the Title which she collected. She had decided to transfer the property to us. Then her daughter stepped into the picture. The woman had decided to pay us back 90% of the money we spent. Now the daughter gave us Notice, told the lawyer a bunch of lies and wants to sell the property without giving us a cent. They don't wish to come back and stay where the house is. They hate us without a cause after all we have done to prevent the house from been potentially auctioned. She has not even made an offer to us. She wants the house to be handed to her on a platter, that neither her mother nor herself paid for. We have upgraded the house as well. Please pray that God intervene on our behalf and the Title be handed over to us without any animosity. That when this matter is over, they will be severed from our lives completely and leave us in peace.
