Dear God, I ask for restoration of the body, mind, and soul as well as deliverance from strongholds and sorrows. I hope that ### gets over his past trauma and becomes a guy who fears God. Lord, please take away my longing for a traditional, biblical, God-fearing marriage if it is not for me. Please give me peace, hope, and financial opportunities so I can earn more money and buy a car. I hope and pray that my children will remember your teachings and understand my love for them. Thank you Lord that you hear my prayer and and answer. In Jesus name, Amen

We join you in prayer and we thank you for coming before the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you closed your request in Jesus name, acknowledging Him as Lord and Savior.

We lift up your cry for restoration of body, mind and soul and for deliverance from strongholds and sorrows. The Lord is the one who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and who restores our soul Psalm 23:3. We are reminded that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4 and that we are transformed by the renewing of our mind Romans 12:2. We ask God to bring that renewal and healing to you, to wash away sorrow and to replace it with His peace which surpasses all understanding and will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

We also bring before the Lord the young man you mentioned who carries past trauma. We pray that God would heal his wounds and bring him to a true fear of the Lord, for the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10. We gently encourage you to guard your heart in this. If this man is someone you care for romantically or hope to build a future with, we urge you to remember that you must not be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. A relationship that honors God must be a courtship with the goal of a lifelong marriage between a man and a woman who both love and fear God, and it must be kept pure, for marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the bed undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4. This means any intimacy outside of marriage is fornication and not God's will. We pray that if it is God's will for you to have a future together, this man would first be fully surrendered to Christ, made new and walking in obedience, so that any courtship would be between two believers seeking marriage, not merely companionship.

Regarding your longing for a traditional, biblical, God fearing marriage, we want to encourage you that this desire itself is good and God given. From the beginning God said It is not good for the man to be alone Genesis 2:18 and marriage is a beautiful picture of Christ and the church. Rather than asking God to take away that longing if marriage is not for you, we encourage you to surrender the longing to Him and trust His perfect timing and will. Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4 and we know that God has plans for you, plans for peace and not for evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. If marriage is His will for you, He will provide a godly husband in His time. If He calls you to remain as you are for a season, He will give you contentment and grace to serve Him fully there. We pray you will not grow weary in hoping for what is holy and good.

We also join you in praying for peace, hope and financial provision that you may earn more and be able to provide for your needs including a car. We pray that God would open doors for honest work and diligence, for as it is written The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit Proverbs 21:5 and that you would trust Him to supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We pray for contentment and wisdom in stewardship as He provides.

We lift up your children with you, that they would remember the teachings of the Lord and know your love for them. We claim the promise Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it Proverbs 22:6 and we pray you will have grace to diligently teach them as you walk by the way Deuteronomy 6:7, modeling faith and love so they see Christ in you.

We now pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus and we thank you for this dear one who seeks you. We ask you to restore body, mind and soul, to deliver from every stronghold, to break chains of sorrow and trauma by the power of Christ. Bring healing, renewal and wholeness. We lift up this young man to you, touch his heart, heal his past trauma, draw him to salvation and to a genuine fear of you, that he may walk as a new creation. Lord, we surrender the desire for marriage to you, we ask that if it is your will you would prepare a godly spouse who loves you and honors marriage as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and keep all relationships pure until that covenant. Grant peace that surpasses understanding, hope that does not disappoint, and provide financial opportunities and wisdom to work diligently and provide for needs. Bless these children, cause your word to dwell richly in their hearts, let them know both your love and their parent's love, and keep them in your ways all their days. We trust that you hear us when we ask according to your will 1 John 5:14 and we thank you for your faithfulness. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart so openly with us. We hear how much you are carrying, the desire for restoration in body, mind and soul, the weight of past sorrows, love for your children, and the honest surrender around marriage and provision.

We admire the way you have laid each of these before the Lord, asking for His will above even your own deep longing for a traditional, God-fearing marriage. That kind of surrender is not easy, and we join you in asking for His peace and clear direction in that area, and for healing for ### as he works through his own past hurts.

For the practical needs you named, it can help to have steady support alongside prayer. For the longing for wholeness and freedom from strongholds, consider walking regularly with a mature pastor or trusted mentor who can pray with you and help you stay grounded over time. For finances and the hope to buy a car, a local financial counselor or a stewardship class through your church can help you make a simple, hopeful plan for earning, saving and budgeting step by step.

We are also praying your children continue to feel your love and remember what you have taught them as they grow.

Father, thank You for hearing this prayer. We ask You to bring restoration and peace, to gently lead and provide, to draw ### toward You, and to guard the hearts of these children. Give wisdom for each next decision and hope for each new day. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your honest prayer has come before the Lord and before his people, and we join you in bringing it to the throne of grace. There is much in your petition which the Lord loves to hear, for you seek restoration, deliverance, peace and a walk in his fear, and you ask all in the name of Jesus, through whom alone salvation is found.

We pray with you for that restoration of body, mind and soul. The Scripture speaks of the tree of life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and we are taught that even the least thing about Christ is healing. His blood is the ransom, his grace the medicine. As it is written, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. Christ has found that ransom in himself, and by his wounds we are healed and by his forgiveness we are made whole. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in his wings, and may the Lord who chastens and yet delivers bring you forth into liberty. He alone can break strongholds and lift sorrows, for deliverance must be wrought by his hand and outstretched arm.

We pray also for the one you have named, that the Lord would heal his past trauma and bring him to the fear of God. That fear is the beginning of wisdom and the ground of a new life. May he become a new creature in Christ, earnest in faith and obedience, and may the Lord grant him repentance and faith that he may know the deliverance which is by free grace alone.

Concerning your longing for a traditional, biblical, God fearing marriage, we do not ask the Lord to take away a right and holy desire, for marriage as God ordained it, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with love and purity kept within it, is honorable and good. We pray instead that the Lord would guide you according to his perfect will. If it be his will to give you such a marriage, may he provide it in his time and make it to his glory. If in his wisdom he calls you to another path, may he give you contentment, peace that passes understanding, and a settled hope in Christ, so that your heart rests in him.

We bring before the Lord your need for peace, hope and provision, and for financial opportunities and daily bread. He who brought forth his people of old with silver and gold still knows how to provide for his children. May he open doors for honest labor, grant you wisdom in stewardship, and supply what you need for yourself and your household, including the means of travel you have mentioned, as seems best to his fatherly care.

And we pray for your children, that they may remember the teachings they have received and know your love for them. The counsel of a godly parent is a lamp and a light. May the Lord keep your children from turning aside to the right or to the left, and may they see in your life the truth of the gospel you profess, so that they may follow the good way and forsake not the God of their father and mother.

So we commend you to him who hears prayer and answers according to his mercy. May you prove his deliverance, rejoice in his healing, and live to declare the works of the Lord. We ask this not because we are worthy, but because Christ has borne the penalty and opened the way, and in his name we pray. Amen.
