We join with you in thanking the Lord for your son and for the opportunity to bring his needs before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name. We are encouraged that you have asked in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we have access to the Father and by which we are saved, as it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.
We lift up your son for his upcoming interviews and for his overall protection. We know the anxiety that can come with interviews and the desire to do well, and we are reminded to bring all our requests to God with thanksgiving. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We pray that he will experience that peace as he prepares and as he walks into each interview.
We pray that he will commit his work to the Lord and trust in His perfect plan. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. For we know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. We ask that God would grant your son wisdom, clarity of mind, and confidence not in himself alone but in the gifts God has given him, and that whatever the outcome, he would know God is directing his steps. We pray he would work heartily as unto the Lord, for Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, so that his character and diligence would shine in each interview.
We also join you in praying for his overall protection, for we trust in the Keeper of our lives. Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8. We ask the Lord to place His hand upon your son, to guard him physically, emotionally and spiritually, to lead him away from temptation and harm, and to surround him with godly influence. We pray He will give him discernment and keep him in His perfect will.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for this son and for the love his parent has for him. We thank You for the skills and opportunities You have provided for him. We ask in Jesus' name that You would go before him into every interview, calm his heart, give him words to speak with grace and truth, and open the doors that You would have opened and close those that are not Your will. Grant him favor with those who interview him, and help him to trust You with the results. We ask for Your divine protection over him each day, that You would keep him safe, strengthen his faith, and draw him closer to You through this season. May he seek You first above any job or success, knowing that You will provide all he needs. We pray this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We pray that the Lord will grant your son favor and wisdom in his upcoming interviews, that He will guide his words and steady his heart, and that whatever the outcome, he may see the hand of Providence ordering all things for good. As Job proved, the Lord is able to sustain His people through trial and to turn captivity in His own time and way, and we ask that your son may know that sustaining grace and walk in childlike confidence before Him.
We pray also for his overall protection, that the Lord who keeps Israel and neither slumbers nor sleeps would keep him in all his ways, guarding his body and soul, and leading him in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
May your son trust not in his own strength or preparation alone, but in the Lord who gives fresh strength and renews the bow in the hand of those who wait upon Him. May he seek first the kingdom of God, and may you both be comforted to know that our heavenly Father hears the prayers offered in the name of His Son.
