We join you in lifting these silent requests before the Lord who hears even what is unspoken. He knows the burdens you carry that have not been put into words, and He invites us to bring every care to Him in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and salvation.
We thank God with you for His grace. That grace is not only pardon and cleansing from sin, but righteousness and adoption as sons and the gift of the Spirit, grace upon grace given not because of our works but freely from His mercy. As we have received it, we keep it with us not by treating it lightly but by drawing it to ourselves through a life that seeks to please Him. Grace saves those who are willing to receive it and walk in it.
So we pray that the Lord will answer these silent petitions according to His wisdom and love, that He will grant what is for your good and for His glory, and where the answer must be waiting or even denial, that He will give peace and strength to trust Him. We pray that He will keep you in His grace and guide you to show your thanksgiving not only with words but with deeds, with a mouth kept pure for prayer and praise and thanksgiving, and with a life that honors Him in works.
May the Lord continue to purify your conscience, make your hope firm, and render your faith more piercing as you look to Him. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
