We rejoice with you on your anniversary and thank God that He led you here to share this joyful request with us. We give thanks for your marriage and for the years God has already given you together, and we join with you in asking for His continued blessing upon your union.
Marriage is a holy covenant ordained by God, and we celebrate your faithfulness to it. As it is written, Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh. Genesis 2:24 and What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate. Mark 10:9 We also remember the word that says Live joyfully with the wife whom you love all the days of your life which God has given you under the sun. Ecclesiastes 9:9 and Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. Ecclesiastes 4:9
We pray together for you both in Jesus' name.
Father, we thank You for this marriage and for bringing this husband and wife together. We thank You for every year You have sustained them and for Your grace that has carried them to this anniversary. We ask that You bless this week abundantly, that You fill their home with peace, joy, laughter and tender affection for one another. Help them to enjoy each other's company deeply, to speak with kindness and patience, to forgive quickly and to love as Christ loves. We pray You will draw them even closer to each other and closer to You, that Christ would remain the center of their marriage. Grant them health, strength and many more years together, good years that honor You and reflect Your faithful love. May their marriage continue to be a testimony of Your goodness and may their love grow stronger with each passing year. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

It is a joy to join with you in thanksgiving for the mercy of God in giving you this anniversary together. We bless God who ordained marriage from the beginning, that a man and his wife should become one, a living, loving, lasting union which reflects the love of Christ for His Church.
We have prayed for you that the Lord will grant you a good week together, that you may enjoy each other's company with that mutual delight and complacency which is the very crown of marriage, where the husband esteems his wife and the wife reverences her husband, and both seek to make the other glad in the Lord. May He who has kept you thus far keep you still, and cause His grace to rest upon your home.
May the Lord bless you indeed where you most need blessing, and may the double blessing of grace and peace from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ be upon you both.
