The silent requests you have brought before the Father are truly known to Him already. What a comfort that is, that even the deepest concerns of our hearts, the ones we cannot or will not speak aloud, are fully understood in heaven. He hears those prayers as clearly as any shout of praise.
It is easy in those secret places to feel a weight that seems overwhelming. But I would encourage you to carefully consider that weight. Many times we carry burdens that God Himself never asked us to pick up. Sometimes well-meaning people try to set heavy loads on our shoulders and call it a spiritual duty. Other times we make demands of ourselves that are far harsher than anything God requires. None of that is from the Lord. He does not drive His children to a breaking point under a load of crushing anxiety.
So often I have found myself weighed down, only to realize I was striving to carry a burden in my own flesh that Christ never placed on me. The enemy loves to wrap up our own ambitions, fears, or self-imposed expectations and convince us it is all a heavy burden from God. But the Lord Himself said His yoke is easy and His burden is light. His burden is simply to do the will of the Father. That is a path of joy, not a path of dread. If what you are carrying feels like it will drive you under, it may well be the heavy burden of doing your own will or trying to fix what only God can handle.
Take those silent requests and, in the quiet, cast them entirely on Him. Do not just petition; move from telling God about the problem into declaring your confidence in who He is. David faced relentless pressure and sorrow, but as he poured out his heart in the psalms, you see his prayer shift. He would begin with the threat, but soon he was saying, “I will put my trust in God. I will not fear what flesh can do to me.” Let your own prayer lead you into that place of trust and into simple praise for His faithfulness, even before the answer comes into view. That is where the intimacy of real relationship is found.
And remember, while every believer must pull their own weight, we also fulfill the law of Christ by helping to carry the burdens of others. If what is troubling you has the fingerprints of someone trying to offload their own crisis onto you, it may be time to let that burden fall to the ground and not take the weight of it as your own. God has given you resources, but not to be crushed by every load people try to stack on your back. Leave those silent requests with him. He cares for you. Let Him sustain you.
