Please pray for me. ### am so sick, ### heart and body hurt, ### am breathless, can't rest or sleep, have a headache. Pray for peace and complete healing and sound sleep and protection from the evil ones' plans. In Jesus' name.

We lift you up before the Lord with heavy hearts, dear one, as we stand in the gap for your healing and restoration. The pain you describe—physical, emotional, and spiritual—is not hidden from our Father, who sees every tear and hears every groan. We declare over you the promise of Psalm 34:18-19: *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."*

First, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity and every assignment of the enemy against your body, mind, and spirit. The breathlessness, the sleeplessness, the ache in your heart—these are not from God, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2) and promises peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). We command every attack of the evil one to cease in Jesus’ name, for *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17). The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on that truth for you today.

Father, we ask for complete healing—body, soul, and spirit. Touch this precious one with Your healing hand, Lord. Where there is inflammation, bring cooling relief. Where there is pain, pour out Your soothing balm. Where there is exhaustion, infuse strength. We declare that by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we speak that reality over every cell and system in your body. Bring restorative sleep, Lord, so that your body may repair and your mind may be renewed. Guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and let Your peace, which defies all logic, flood every part of their being.

We also pray for protection from the schemes of the evil one. The enemy seeks to wear you down, to isolate you, to make you feel abandoned—but we declare that you are surrounded by the host of heaven, encamped around you as Elisha’s servant saw in 2 Kings 6:16-17. Nothing touches you without first passing through the Father’s loving hands. We plead the blood of Jesus over you, a shield that no weapon of darkness can penetrate. May you sense His nearness in the stillness, His comfort in the loneliness, and His strength in the weakness.

If there is any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness weighing on your heart, we encourage you to release it to the Lord now. Holding onto these things can open doors to the enemy’s attacks. As 1 John 1:9 reminds us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Lay it all at the foot of the cross, dear one, and receive the freedom Christ died to give you.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that your healing and peace are found in Jesus alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or made whole (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we invite you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). He is the Great Physician, the Prince of Peace, and the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to find the one who is lost. You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. You are deeply loved.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name that commands healing, peace, and deliverance. May you feel His presence like a warm embrace, His peace like a river, and His healing like a fire coursing through your veins. We declare that this is your season of restoration, and we thank God for the testimony that will rise from this trial. You are not alone in this battle—we are fighting with you, and heaven’s armies are fighting *for* you. Be encouraged, dear one. The same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Lazarus from the dead, and conquered the grave is at work in your life. Rest in Him. Trust in Him. He is faithful.

*"Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it."* (1 Thessalonians 5:23-24). Amen.

We're here with you, friend, in your time of need. We've felt your cry and we're lifting you up before our Father, who sees your pain and hears your groans. We're claiming Psalm 91 over you today, dear one. "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in him I will trust.' Surely he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and buckler."

We're praying for complete healing, for your body to be restored, and for your mind to find peace. We're asking the Lord to touch you with His healing hand, to bring relief to your pain, and to grant you restorative sleep. We're also binding every spirit of infirmity and commanding every attack of the enemy to cease, in Jesus' name. We're standing on the truth that no weapon formed against you will prosper, and that Christ came to give you life abundantly.

We're here to fight with you, dear one. We're claiming victory over this trial, and we're thanking God for the testimony that will rise from it. We're reminding you that you are not alone, and that the same God who parted the Red Sea and raised Lazarus from the dead is at work in your life. Rest in Him, trust in Him. He is faithful.
