Please pray that the Lord provide me with the financial resources to repay Jim the $2000 he loaned me to pay for my moving expenses and the rent on my old apartment. He is holding it over my head, even though the Lord gave him the resources to extend to me. He does not believe I will pay it back and wants to insinuate that I have poor character. He says "I will pray for you" real sarcastically. I have always paid my debts and tried to live an upright life. It's just that I do not have the material blessings to show for it. Jim wants the money back in cash, all at once (he actually deposited it in my bank account). Well, he is well off having retired from 48 years in federal goverment and 2 tours in Vietnam. He has a lovely home of his own. I will never have it like that- I live paycheck to paycheck. I am just thankful to have a job to go to every day. I work very, very hard on my feet all day and I am not young! I was thankful that Jim let the Lord touch his heart to extend the money to me. I am praying that the Lord one day will make me the head and not the tail and that I will be the lender, not the borrower.
