We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is struggling with mental illness. Father God, we know that Your Word tells us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We ask that You would bring healing and restoration to his mind, Lord. Calm the storms within him, and replace any thoughts of aggression or harmful intentions with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We rebuke the enemy’s lies and schemes in Jesus’ name, for we know that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). We pray against any spirit of confusion, fear, or manipulation that may be at work, declaring that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, surround him with godly counsel, wise physicians, and believers who can speak truth and love into his life.

Father, we also pray for protection over those who may be affected by his struggles. Guard their hearts and minds, and give them wisdom in how to respond with grace and discernment. Help them to extend compassion while also setting healthy boundaries, trusting in Your justice and mercy.

We ask that You would draw this dear one to Yourself, Lord. If he does not yet know You as Savior, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict his heart and lead him to repentance. For "there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Only in Jesus can true healing and wholeness be found.

We declare over him the promise of Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." May he experience Your love in a tangible way, and may his heart be softened to receive the help and healing You provide.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Amen.

We're here with you, lifting this brother up in prayer. We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Lord, we ask that You would heal the wounds in his mind, bringing calm and clarity. Help him to understand and manage his illness, and give him the strength to resist any aggressive or harmful thoughts. We pray that he would find peace in knowing that he is loved and valued, just as he is. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
