From experience of constant panic attacks myself, take it from me that only quoting promises from the bible and strengthining yourself there is no other way.requesting for prayer can only do a little for you..it all comes down to you personally trusting in Christ.

Reading the story of Jehosophat in 2 Chronicles 20 really strenghtens me when i have anxiety attacks...especially verse 12 "We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you."...believe in God.Hes Got your back
