Due to restructuring and retrenchments at my place of employment, I had to re-apply for positions within the organisation. I do not know whether I will be successful for any of the positions (jobs) I applied for. I am also exploring the possibility of my own business. I have asked that God own my future and show me the way. Please pray that God will keep me strong and faithful during this emotional time of my life. That I believe that God knows what is best for my life and where I should be, even if I get negative responses on my job applications. I pray this in God's name, amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. I would like to thank everyone who prayed for me during these trying times. Praise the Lord as He has opened the right door for me. I have been successful in the interviews and was offered a senior position at my company.

Revelation 3:8 - 'See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut.'

God is the one who can open doors for us. The joy is that we can know that the door to God is always open.

Lord, thank You that the door is always open and I can come to You at any time. I praise You that You have opened the right door for me in my life and closed those that would have been the wrong path for me to follow. Amen.
