Please pray that I will have control over my life, not my neighbours (and the devil)

Please pray that this slavery to my neighbours Will finally stop (it lasts from 2005). I want so much to get up 3, 4 hours in the morning before I go to work, but very often it's impossible and I can't practically gain great benefits from rising up early in the morning. I want to pray in tongues 1-2 hours (while I prepare myself for work) and then pray with mind but my neighbour upstairs starts to live at 1 am and makes random noise till 4 am and I get very little sleep. Then after that my neighbours next door wake up at 4 am and then walk so loud through the apartment that it finally wakes me up and then I am angry murmuring whole morning and exhausted and tired and then get late to work. God, I want to have control over my life and to be able to sleep well and have great communion with You in the morning and have control over my finances and not lose money on cabs when I get late to work. Please God, When will I be able to do that? Do something, find me a solution that is the best for me. I prayed with many others every possible prayer. Deliver me from this bondage, please! Show me that You are a great and loving Father! I want to have finally that testimony!! Punish them, or remove them or remove me, find me a great place to live, Father! Last night I was so desperate that I yelled and the neighbour next door yelled back with an irritated voice at 2 am and the situation was not much better after that. Father, help!
