Please pray that I can my verification of continued eligibility for medical benefits straightened out very quickly. This is insane. I sent the stuff on time. Then about three weeks later, I get a notice of discontinuance for failure to send in information. Then two hours on hold so lady could tell me to disregard the letter. Now yet another notice of discontinuance. Unreal.
