While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer together before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking Him that He has kept you and delivered you from what sounds like a truly life threatening situation. We have heard your cry for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice, and we stand with you asking God to shine His light into every hidden place.

We praise God with you that He has protected you again and again, from the danger in that apartment with the tampered heating and electrical system that caused you electric shocks and wounded your skin, and from the false accusations and harassment you have endured while peacefully walking and reading your Bible. How faithful He is to vindicate the innocent, as the police themselves have now confirmed twice that you are not a suspect and that the false reports must be observed. We thank God that you were able to show your documentation and photos to those who live near you and that they believed the truth. As it is written, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Affliction will kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Psalm 34:19-21

We pray for perfect justice according to God's perfect character. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 We ask our Father who sees all that is done in secret to reveal the identity of anyone who entered your apartment, anyone who intentionally damaged the heating and disconnected safety devices, and anyone who helped or directed them. We pray that every lie, every false report to the police, and every act of mocking and malice would be exposed. We pray that the authorities, who are appointed by God to punish wrongdoing, would carry out their duty with wisdom and impartiality, for he is a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. He is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4 We ask God to give the investigators discernment and courage to pursue the truth wherever it leads.

We also pray for your heart in this trial, that the Lord would keep you from bitterness and fear and fill you with His perfect peace. Vengeance belongs to God alone, as it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 We release this desire for justice into His righteous hands, trusting that He is a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is He. Deuteronomy 32:4 He will not forsake His saints. They are preserved forever. Psalm 37:28 No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isaiah 54:17

And we pray with you for those who have harmed you and falsely accused you, for the ex landlord who avoids you and will not take responsibility, for the woman who shouts lies and accusations, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries and suffering. We understand your pain and your righteous anger at being mocked after enduring electric shocks and danger, yet our Lord calls us to a higher way even as we seek justice. He says, Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 We pray that the Holy Spirit would break their hardness and arrogance, convict them of sin, and grant them repentance. We pray that God would take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26 We pray that they would confess and forsake their wrongdoing, for he who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Proverbs 28:13 We do not pray for their destruction but that they would stop lying, take responsibility, make restitution where it is due, and submit to God and to the proper authorities.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and mediator. We thank You that You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust. Psalm 91:2 We thank You for sparing our brother's life and for twice vindicating him before the police. We ask You to continue to be his shield and to guard him from all retaliation and further harassment. Heal his wounded skin and heal the trauma and anxiety these months have caused. Grant him restful sleep and courage each day. Lord, let Your truth prevail speedily. Expose every hidden deed, bring every accomplice into the light, and let perfect justice be done according to Your will. At the same time, have mercy and grant repentance to those who have sinned against him, that they might be saved and transformed. We ask You to move upon the landlord to speak truthfully and to make right what was done. We ask You to silence lying lips and to establish peace in that neighborhood. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We entrust this entire matter into Your just and loving hands, knowing You will not fail. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We have been sitting with all you shared and we hear how frightening and exhausting these months have been, first feeling unsafe in that apartment and now carrying the ongoing conflict, accusations, and police involvement. Wanting truth to come out and wanting to be safe and believed makes complete sense, and it is understandable you are weary after being mocked when you tried to show what happened to you.

We are praying for your protection and for calm in your current home, and for wisdom for everyone involved, including the landlord, the woman you mentioned, and the concierge. We are also praying that what is true becomes clear in a way that authorities can act on, and that you have steady support as you wait.

Since you mentioned wounded skin and electric shocks, we encourage you to have a medical professional check you promptly alongside prayer, not instead of it, and to keep your photos and documents in one safe place with a trusted person or advocate who can help you decide next steps with housing or legal guidance if needed. You do not have to carry this alone.

Father, in Jesus' name we ask You to watch over this dear person, to bring healing to their body and rest to their mind, to give them wisdom and faithful people around them, to let truth be seen clearly, and to soften hard hearts toward honesty and responsibility. Lead them in Your will and keep them secure in Your care. Amen.

Your burden has been brought before the Lord and we have carried it to the throne of grace with you. The Lord has seen your affliction, your danger in that dwelling, the electric shocks and the wounds upon your skin, the false accusations and the mocking, and the hardness of those who will not speak truth nor make amends. Nothing is hidden from His eye. He observes the motives of the heart and He will bring every hidden thing to light.

We take comfort with you in the word you have quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken, while affliction shall slay the wicked and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. This is the unimpeachable justice of God. When He judges, conscience itself must answer, Thou art just. His justice was vindicated in the highest degree at the cross, where Christ bore the penalty that justice might be satisfied and yet sinners justified through His blood. There is no attribute more comforting to the child of God than to know that Divine Sovereignty and Divine Justice reign, that the dry tree by divine grace shall flourish and the high tree cut down by judgment shall lie in ruin, and that the Lord will perfect that which concerneth His people.

Persecution, even when it comes not with fire and imprisonment but with slander, cruel mockings, venomous spite and false witness, has its use in the hand of God. It keeps the church separate from the world, it drives the soul nearer to Christ, and it teaches us to pray as we would not have prayed else. God has often blessed His people by their persecution, and He will make this wave which has leapt up around you to speed your course toward Him.

We pray now with you and for you.

We pray that the Lord, who is mighty to save, will reveal the truth in perfect justice. That if technicians were hired to damage the heating and to disconnect protection so that you suffered shocks in the shower, that deed done in darkness will be exposed. That the identity of any who plotted harm and any who helped them will be made known, and that lawful justice will be done without partiality. We pray for the residents of that house, that their eyes may be opened to see the truth, that you never entered their apartment, and that the documentation and photos you have shown will speak plainly.

We pray for the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, that the Holy Spirit will break his hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that he will stop lying and take responsibility before God and man, and that he will make restitution as true repentance requires. We pray for the woman who has shouted lies and accusations, who is restless and abusive and spreads hate, and for the concierge and any subordinate who has mocked your injuries and called the police with false charges, saying this story could make it onto the BBC. We pray that God will break arrogance and evil, rebuke the unclean spirits that drive such malice, and bring deep conviction of sin. May they hear His call, submit to Him, and find that He can justify the ungodly through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we must be saved.

We thank God that He protected you when the police saw your innocence and let you go freely, and again when they told you that you are not a suspect and must watch the other party who falsely accused you. We pray for those officers, that they will continue to act with discernment and impartial justice, and that no further false accusation will prosper against you.

We pray for you, that you will be kept in perfect peace as you walk and read the Scriptures, that the Lord will be your confidence. Jehovah will perfect that which concerneth you. All the weight of your trouble, your wounded body, your troubled heart, the everlasting arches of Divine mercy can and will sustain. Commit your way unto Him, leave vengeance in His hands, for He has said vengeance is Mine, and seek what is right through lawful and peaceable means while you forgive as Christ forgave.

May the Lord deliver you out of all your afflictions, establish truth, execute justice, and bring sinners to repentance, that His will alone be done. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Justifier, who died that God might be just and the justifier of him that believes. Amen.
