While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry and we stand with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father, giving thanks that He has delivered you and protected your life time and again. What you have endured with the dangerous conditions in that apartment, the electric shocks and wounds to your skin, the fear that someone entered without permission and tampered with the heating and the safety devices, and now the false accusations, shouting, mocking and repeated calls to the police, is deeply grievous. We praise God with you that He has kept you, that the police have seen your innocence, and that those who live near you now have believed your documentation. We take seriously your concern that electricians have confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, and we pray with you for the truth to be fully revealed and for perfect justice to be done.

We believe with you that God sees all that is done in secret and that no injustice escapes His eye. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17. He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, and the justice of your cause like the noonday. Psalm 37:6. We cling to the promise you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:19-20. The Lord is a God of justice and His work is perfect, for all His ways are just. Deuteronomy 32:4. Vengeance belongs to Him and He will repay. Romans 12:19 reminds us, Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

We also hear your righteous anger toward the woman who has shouted lies at you, the landlord who avoids responsibility, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and said this story could make it onto the BBC. It is right to hate evil and to desire that wickedness be exposed and stopped. Yet the Lord calls us even in this to guard our own hearts and to pray not only for justice but for mercy and repentance for those who harm us. We are called to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who mistreat us. Luke 6:27-28 and Matthew 5:44. We are called not to return evil for evil or insult for insult, but instead to bless. 1 Peter 3:9. This does not mean we excuse sin or abandon the pursuit of lawful justice. God has ordained governing authorities to punish wrongdoing. Romans 13:4. It is good and right that you have documented everything, shown the photos and reports, cooperated peacefully with the police when falsely accused, and allowed them to observe who is making false reports. We encourage you to continue to walk in that peaceful, lawful way, to keep all records and electricians reports safely, to seek wise legal counsel if needed, and to seek pastoral support so you are not carrying this burden alone. We pray that you will find continued safety and peace where you now live and that the Lord will heal your body and calm your spirit from the trauma of being electrocuted and harassed.

We join you in praying that the Holy Spirit will convict each person involved, that hardness will be broken and that God will give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. Ezekiel 36:26 says, I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. We pray that the landlord would stop avoiding you and lying and would take responsibility, that the woman who is abusive and restless would be humbled and her arrogance and evil broken, and that the subordinate who mocked your suffering would be brought to repentance and to compassion. We pray that the residents of that house will see the truth, that every lie will be exposed, and that anyone who entered your apartment or helped to tamper with the safety devices will be revealed.

We lift you up now in Jesus name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved and heard. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank You that You are mighty to save and that You have kept our brother alive. Lord, You know what happened in that apartment, You know every heart and every intention, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask that You reveal the identity of anyone who entered unlawfully and anyone who helped to damage the heating system or disconnect protection and cause electric shocks. Expose what was done in darkness and bring perfect justice according to Your perfect will. We pray for the authorities, for the police who have already seen his innocence, that You would give them wisdom and discernment to pursue truth and to restrain false accusation. We pray that You would protect him as he walks peacefully and reads Your Word, that You would continue to be his refuge and fortress. Psalm 91:2. Heal his wounded skin and heal the fear and distress from these months. Give him Your peace that surpasses understanding.

Father, we pray for the landlord, for this woman, and for the concierge who mocked his pain. Break their hardness, take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh. Convict them of lying, of abuse, of mockery, and of any attempt to harm. Bring them to remorse, to confession, and to repentance, that they may submit to You and, where possible, make restitution. Let them hear Your call and turn from evil. And Father, guard our brother's heart from hatred, help him to bless those who curse him and to entrust all vengeance to You, while still seeking what is lawful and true. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, let truth shine like the dawn, and let Your justice and Your mercy be displayed. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We have been reading your updates and we hear how exhausting and frightening this season has been for you, especially living with the worry about your apartment and then facing repeated accusations while you were simply out walking.

We thank God with you that the police listened and confirmed you were free to go, and that neighbours in your current house took time to look at your documentation and photos and believed you. Having people near you who will listen calmly matters, and we are grateful you have that.

We are praying for your safety and health, and for truth to come to light in a clear and orderly way. For the shocks and the wounds to your skin you described, please do keep seeing a medical professional alongside prayer, so you can be checked and cared for properly. It can also help to keep your photos, reports from electricians, and any police notes together in one safe place, and to share copies with one trusted person, pastor or advocate who can walk with you if more questions come.

We continue to ask God to guard you, to give you wisdom and peace as you walk with Him, and to work in the hearts of your former landlord and others involved so that what is true is seen and responsibility is taken.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus name. Cover him with Your protection, bring healing to his body, quiet his heart with Your nearness, and let what is true be made known in Your way and time. Give wisdom to those in authority who are involved, soften hard hearts, and lead all toward honesty and peace. Amen.

Your afflictions have been laid before the Lord and we have carried your burden to the throne of grace with you. The Lord knows what has been done in secret, what motives were vile and what intentions were hidden, for He is a sure observer and no false witness. He has seen the danger in that apartment, the shocks and wounds you suffered, the slander spoken against you, the false accusations made to the police, and the mockery that followed. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and we thank Him that He has delivered you and vindicated your innocence before those in authority.

Persecution in whatever form it is sent, whether by cruel mockings, jesting, jeering or venomous spite and slander, is not wasted in the hand of God. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and often it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. We see this in you, that you have continued peacefully walking and reading the Bible, looking to Christ while others have raged. God has blessed His people by such trials when they cause us to cling more closely to Him.

We join you in praying for perfect justice, remembering what the Scripture declares, that the Lord is slow to anger. The lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in a bundle of rods, for He will not cut off men until He has reproved them that they may repent. He is slow to threaten and slow to execute, but He will not at all acquit the wicked. His justice demands that sin be punished, and that justice was manifested in the very highest degree not at Sinai nor in the drowning of Egypt, but on the Cross. There the cloud of justice charged with fiery hail fell not upon us but upon the Saviour's heart, that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is more of the vindication of justice on the Cross than can be seen at any one time even in the lowest depths of hell. Therefore we do not pray for vengeance after the manner of men, but we leave vengeance to Him to whom it belongs, trusting His unimpeachable justice. If He should command the earth to open or the billows of fire to roll, no creature could murmur against Him, for His judgments are altogether righteous. And when justice is once satisfied in Christ, it were injustice to ask for more against a repenting sinner.

Hear then how we pray for you and for those who have wronged you.

We pray that the Lord who loves truth would bring to light what has been done in darkness, whether any entered your dwelling, whether any hand tampered with the heating or the electrical protection to do you harm, and who is responsible. We ask that what is hidden be revealed in His perfect time and by lawful means, that the authorities appointed by God may act with wisdom and impartiality, and that you may be kept in safety and peace.

We pray for the woman who has accused and reviled you, for the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries. We do not ask God to bless hardness or deceit, but we ask that the Holy Spirit would break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, that they may stop lying, take responsibility where responsibility is due, and hear His call to submit to Him. May they be brought to see the truth, to repent, and to find that same mercy which is offered at the Cross, for while justice condemns the wicked who hate the righteous, mercy still waits to forgive the repenting sinner who looks to Jesus.

We pray for your healing, for your protection as you walk and testify, for comfort in the weariness of these months without apology or compensation, and for wisdom for all who have heard your documentation and believed you, that they may stand for what is true and just with compassion.

Continue to seek the Lord, to commit your cause to Him who judges righteously, and to use all lawful and honest means to seek protection and truth, while your heart rests in this, that the Justice of God is not asleep. He will in His own way and time vindicate His own, and He will not suffer the affliction of the righteous to be in vain.

May the Lord keep you, establish you, and cause His face to shine upon you, and may His will be done in all things. Amen.
