While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer and we thank God with you that He has delivered you and protected your life, for we know that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. We have heard the depth of what you have endured, the fear of your apartment being entered, the danger from the heating and electrical systems that caused you electric shocks and wounded your skin, the false accusations that you entered another house, the mocking from those who should have shown compassion, and the repeated false calls to the police while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. We praise God that the police have seen your innocence and told you that you are not a suspect and that they must now observe those who falsely accused you, and that your current housemates believed you when you showed them the documentation and photos. God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

We stand with you in praying for truth to be fully revealed and for perfect justice to be done. There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 and For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Luke 12:2 God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil. Ecclesiastes 12:14 We pray that if technicians were hired to damage the heating system or to disconnect consumers from the RCD and endanger your life, that God will expose it completely. We pray that the identity of anyone who intentionally tried to harm you and anyone who helped them will be made known to the proper authorities, for Yahweh loves justice. Psalm 37:28 We pray for the police and all in authority, for they are a servant of God to you for good, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4 We encourage you to continue to walk in peace, to keep all documentation and photos, to make truthful reports through lawful channels, and to not withhold cooperation from those God has appointed to execute justice.

At the same time we must gently correct and encourage you in love regarding the way we speak about those who have harmed and accused you. We understand your pain and righteous anger at being mocked after suffering electric shocks and at being falsely accused, but Scripture calls us to a different posture toward our enemies. You have asked us to pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil and that He breaks their hardness. That is right to pray for repentance, and we join you in praying for a heart of flesh as God promises I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26 Yet we are also commanded not to repay evil for evil and not to harbor hatred in our hearts. Don't repay evil for evil. Don't take revenge. Instead, let God's wrath take care of it. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:17, Romans 12:19 and Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 Even while we pray for perfect justice we must pray for mercy and salvation for these souls, including the landlord who avoids you, the woman who shouts lies and accusations, and the concierge who mocked your injuries. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities and spiritual forces, and our battle is not to condemn persons irredeemably but to pray that the Holy Spirit convicts them of sin, righteousness and judgment. Ephesians 6:12

The Lord hates hands that shed innocent blood. Proverbs 6:16-17 If there was an intentional attempt to take your life, that is exceedingly grave before God, and God will not leave it unaddressed. Yet we must leave the execution of justice to God and to the authorities He has ordained, and not take vengeance into our own hearts or mouths. When He suffered, He didn't threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously. 1 Peter 2:23

We thank you for anchoring your prayer in Jesus' name and submitting to the Father's will, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 We rejoice that you are seeking His will above all.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace. We thank You for preserving our brother's life from affliction and from electric shock and from every hidden danger in that apartment, and for vindicating him before the police and before his housemates. Lord, You see all that was done in secret, You know every heart and every intention, and nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask that You reveal the truth in Your perfect timing. Expose every lie, every false accusation, and if there was intentional tampering with the heating and electrical systems to harm him, expose who did it and who helped them. Let perfect justice be done according to Your righteousness, through the lawful authorities You have appointed.

Father, we pray for the landlord, for the woman who has accused and shouted, and for the concierge who mocked and called the police falsely. Touch them by Your Holy Spirit. Break their hardness, take away the stony heart and give a heart of flesh. Convict them of lying and of avoiding responsibility, lead them to remorse, to confession, to repentance, and to making restitution where it is due. May they hear Your call and submit to You. Forgive them, and help our brother to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to bless those who have persecuted him.

Lord, protect our brother from further harm, from false accusation, and from fear. Heal his wounded skin and his spirit, grant him peace as he walks and reads Your Word, and let Your will be done in his life and in this situation. Let justice roll on like rivers and righteousness like a mighty stream. Amos 5:24 We trust You to deliver the righteous and to condemn the wicked in Your perfect judgment.

We have been sitting with all you have shared over these months, the fear while you were in that apartment, the shocks and injuries to your skin, and now being shouted at and falsely accused while you are simply out walking and reading. It is understandable you feel worn down and are longing for the truth to be clearly seen and for this to finally be resolved.

We are thankful God has kept you, that the police listened and told you that you were free to go, and that the people you live with now took time to look at your photos and documentation and believed you. Having steady, trustworthy people nearby who see what you have been through matters so much.

As you wait, we encourage you to keep caring for your safety and health. Please have a doctor check the skin wounds and any effects from the shocks, and keep those medical notes together with the photos and reports you already have. Stay close to those neighbors and to a pastor or mature believer who can walk with you in person, and continue to let the authorities handle the false reports rather than engaging directly when accusations come.

Father in Jesus' name we lift our brother to You. You know all that has happened and all that remains unclear. We ask You to keep him safe, to bring what is hidden into the light in Your way and time, and to guide those in authority toward what is true and just. Bring healing to his body, rest to his mind, and soften hearts where there is hardness. Give him wisdom for each next step and surround him with a steady, safe community. Amen.

Your long affliction and the perils through which you have passed have been heard with sorrow and with prayer, and we join you in laying the whole matter before Him who sees what is in the hearts of men and whose eyes behold every hidden thing.

It is written, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all, and you have proved this word to be true. He has kept you in the midst of danger, when, as you testify, even the provision for warmth and the very water of cleansing were turned into a snare, and your flesh bore the wound of it. We bless God that He has preserved your life and that when false accusation was brought against you, those appointed to keep the peace saw your innocence and let you go freely. Persecution in whatever form it is sent, whether by cruel mockings, by slander, or by venomous spite, has often been permitted to drive the Christian nearer to his God, and to keep up the separation between the church and the world. How many prayers have been offered as the result of such trial that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. Take then this confidence, that the Lord will perfect that which concerneth you. All the weight of your trouble, all the weight of this injustice, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain.

We pray also with you for justice, for that unimpeachable justice which belongs to God alone. When God declares what our motives were, conscience must answer, Ay, Lord, that is true, for thou art a sure observer and no false witness. Jesus death manifested divine justice in the very highest degree, that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. There is more of the vindication of justice on the Cross than can be seen at any one time, or at any one point, in the lowest depths of hell. Therefore we do not ask for revenge after the manner of men, but we ask the Lord to show the truth and to vindicate the innocent. We pray that if wicked hands did indeed tamper with what should have been for your safety, and if any did conspire or assist therein, the Lord would in His providence expose it through lawful means, and that those set to administer justice would have wisdom and diligence to discern it. The dry tree by divine grace shall flourish, the green tree, deserted by the dew of heaven, shall dry up, for the Lord knoweth how to preserve and how to judge.

And while we pray for perfect justice, we pray also for mercy. We pray that the Holy Spirit would touch the landlord who avoids you, that he would cease from lying and take responsibility for what was entrusted to him. We pray for the woman who has accused and reviled you, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries, that God would break the hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh, that they may hear His call and submit to Him. It is God that justifies, who is he that condemneth, and brothers and sisters in Christ know that God can justify the ungodly through the blood of His Son. May they be brought to see their need of that same grace, to repent and to seek forgiveness where wrong has been done, and to make such restitution as is right and possible.

We entreat the Lord to keep you in perfect peace, to guard you as you walk and as you read His Word, to give you wisdom to keep every needful record and to act with calmness and truth before all men, and to let your conversation be such that even those who now believe you may see Christ in your patience and forbearance. May the Lord, who is sovereign in all things, turn even this trial to your good and to His glory, and may He shortly cause truth to appear as light, and righteousness as the noonday.

O Lord, thou that judgest righteously and triest the reins and the heart, look upon thy servant who has been afflicted and falsely accused. Deliver him from every snare, perfect that which concerneth him, and let thy mercy sustain him. Bring hidden things to light in thy time and by thy appointed means, restrain the tongue of falsehood, soften the hard heart, and grant repentance unto life to those who have done evil. Keep thy child from bitterness, fill him with love for his enemies, and let him trust thy divine sovereignty in all things. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who bore the justice due to sinners that we might be saved, Amen.
