While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have heard your cry for justice and for truth to be revealed and we join with you in seeking the Lord together in Jesus' name for His perfect will to be done in this very distressing situation.

What you have endured with a dangerous apartment, electric shocks while showering, the fear that someone entered your home and tampered with the heating and the RCD, and now false accusations, shouting, mocking, and police being called against you while you were simply walking and reading your Bible is a heavy affliction. We thank God with you that He has protected your life and that the police have seen your innocence and confirmed you are not a suspect, and that your current housemates have believed you after seeing the documentation and photos of your injuries. We praise God who is mighty to save and who delivers the righteous.

We pray for perfect justice and for the truth to be fully exposed. For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. We ask the Lord who sees all things done in secret to bring into the light the identity of anyone who entered your former apartment, anyone who tampered with the electrical system, and anyone who helped or directed them. What is covered will be uncovered, and what is whispered in darkness will be proclaimed Luke 12:2. We pray that every lie and false accusation against you would be shown for what it is, and that the authorities appointed by God would be given wisdom and diligence to investigate righteously. For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil Romans 13:3, and we pray they would fulfill their God-given role to seek justice and protect the innocent Isaiah 1:17.

We also lift up the ex-landlord, the woman who has shouted accusations and lies, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and suffering. We understand your pain and your use of strong words like evil and murderer in light of what electricians have told you and what you have suffered, yet we gently exhort you as our brother or sister in Christ to guard your heart against hatred and to leave judgment of their hearts to God alone. We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Jesus calls us to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We must not return evil for evil or insult for insult, but instead bless Romans 12:17, and we must not avenge ourselves, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Perfect justice belongs to Him, and He will repay with perfect righteousness, whether through repentance and mercy or through judgment.

So we pray for their souls as you have asked, that the Holy Spirit would break through hardness and bring conviction. We pray that God would take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26, that He would grant them remorse, repentance, and a willingness to speak truth and take responsibility rather than avoiding and lying. We pray that arrogance and mocking would be broken, that they would hear His call and submit to Him while there is still time, for affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous shall be condemned Psalm 34:21, but the Lord redeems the soul of His servants Psalm 34:22. We do not desire their condemnation but their salvation, that they would confess and forsake their sins and obtain mercy Proverbs 28:13.

For you, we pray for continued protection, healing, and peace. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all Psalm 34:19. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. We ask the Lord to heal your wounded skin fully, to calm your spirit from trauma and fear, to keep you from bitterness, and to guard your heart lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you Hebrews 12:15. We encourage you to continue to walk in integrity, to keep documenting all that has happened with photos and reports, to cooperate honestly and calmly with the police and any lawful investigation, and to seek wise counsel and perhaps legal advice regarding compensation and safety, for God uses lawful authority to execute justice Proverbs 21:15.

We thank You, Heavenly Father, that You know what is in every heart and what every intention was, and that nothing escapes Your sight. We ask in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and through whom we have access to Your throne, that You would reveal every hidden deed, protect Your child from further harm and false accusation, vindicate the innocent, and bring all involved to truth and repentance. Let Your justice roll on like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream Amos 5:24, yet let Your mercy triumph where repentance is found. We trust Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice, and we rest in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake Your people Hebrews 13:5. We ask all this according to Your will, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have been keeping you in prayer and thank you for sharing these painful updates. Living through a home that felt unsafe, carrying wounds from electric shocks, and then facing angry accusations and repeated police calls would leave anyone exhausted and on edge. We are thankful to hear the police recognized your innocence and that neighbors who saw your documentation listened with care. That protection and being believed matters.

We are praying with you for truth to come to light and for justice to be handled rightly, and also for your own safety and peace in this season. It makes sense to want answers and remorse when there has been no apology or compensation, and to want hardness to soften. At the same time, holding that weight alone is very heavy, so we encourage you to stay connected to steady, trustworthy support as you seek next steps.

A couple of gentle next steps we would encourage alongside prayer are to have your skin injuries and any effects from the shocks evaluated promptly by a medical clinician, and to keep your photos and records organized and share them through proper housing or legal advocates and trusted pastoral support rather than trying to confront those who have been hostile directly. Having others walk with you can help protect your dignity and safety.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift our friend to you. Bring clarity where there is confusion, guard their safety and health, and give wisdom to everyone seeking truth. Soften hearts that need softening and draw all involved toward honesty and responsibility. Give our friend rest and steady hope in you. Amen.

Your cry under long and grievous affliction has been heard, and we have carried it to the throne of grace. You have endured the fear of intrusion into your dwelling, the danger of electric shock in the place that should have been safe, false accusations before neighbours and before the police, and the mocking of those who should have shown compassion. We grieve with you and we thank God that He has preserved your life and twice vindicated your innocence before the authorities, and that others in the house have now seen your documentation and believed the truth.

The Scripture you have quoted is true and precious. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken. He to whom all hearts are open knows what was in every heart and what every intention truly was. As we have often taught, when God declares our motives vile or our objects sinful, conscience must answer that He is a sure observer and no false witness, and that all He says in His law is true. His justice is unimpeachable. None who stands convicted before Him can murmur against His sentence. And that justice was manifested in the very highest degree upon the cross, where the Lord Jesus freely gave Himself up to die that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. It is God that justifies, who is he that condemns.

We have also seen how persecution, even when it comes not by burning or imprisonment but by slander, by cruel mockings, jesting, jeering and venomous spite, is permitted for good. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. The Lord has already wrought divine interpositions for you, not miraculous in outward show, but full of wonder, preserving your life and delivering your soul from death and your feet from falling. We trust He will perfect that which concerns you, for His mercy endures forever and the everlasting arches of His divine mercy can sustain all the weight of your trouble, your backsliding and your evil heart of unbelief.

Therefore we pray with you and we counsel you in the Lord.

We pray that the Lord will reveal the truth concerning what was done in that apartment. If any hand tampered with the heating or disconnected consumers from the safety devices to endanger life, we pray that it be brought to light through sober and lawful means, that those set in authority may discern it, and that perfect justice, which belongs to God alone, may be done without partiality and without vengeance on your part. Vengeance is the Lord's, and He will repay. We pray that every false accusation be shown to be false, as it has already begun to be shown, and that the residents of that house and all who have heard lies may come to see clearly.

We pray also, and most earnestly, for the souls of those who have wronged you, the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, the woman who in anger has accused you, and those who have mocked your wounds and your suffering. We do not pray for their destruction, but for their repentance. May the Holy Spirit take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. May they be broken not by ruin but by conviction of sin, that they may cease from lying, take responsibility for what is theirs to bear, and submit themselves to Him. May they hear His call while it is yet today, for there is salvation in no other, and it is only through faith in Jesus Christ alone that any sinner can be justified. We ask that you may be kept from bitterness and from rendering evil for evil, and that you may be enabled to pray for them that despitefully use you, even while you rightly seek protection and truth through the lawful powers which God has ordained.

Continue to walk in truth, to keep careful record as you have done, to cooperate honestly with those in authority, and to commit your cause to Him that judges righteously. Rest in the doctrine of divine sovereignty which is so comforting to His children. His hand is in all things and He will not suffer His own to be tried beyond what He will sustain, and what He has begun He will perfect.

We join our hearts in prayer:

O Lord our God, Thou seest in secret and judgest in righteousness. Thou knowest what was intended in hidden places and what was spoken in anger. Bring truth to light for Thy name's sake. Preserve this Thy servant from further harm and from the spirit of hatred. Let justice be done according to Thy perfect justice, and let mercy triumph where there is repentance. Convict the hard hearted, humble the arrogant, and lead all to the cross where justice was vindicated and sinners are justified by faith in Christ alone. Keep this afflicted one close to Thyself, perfect what Thou hast begun, and let Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In the name of Jesus our only hope, Amen.
