While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

Update:
The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer and we thank you for sharing this very heavy burden with us, and we praise God with you that He has delivered you and protected you again and again. We hear your cry for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice, and we stand with you in asking the Lord to shine His light on all that has been hidden.

We are reminded of your reference to Psalm 34:19-22, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. We cling to this promise with you, that though affliction has been great, the Lord is your deliverer and your refuge, and He sees all that has been done in secret.

For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light, Luke 8:17. We pray that what was done to your apartment, the tampering with the heating system and the disconnecting of protection that caused electric shocks while you showered, if it was indeed done intentionally to harm you, will be fully exposed. We pray that God reveals the identity of anyone who planned, executed, or helped in any attempt to take your life, and that every lie and false accusation against you will be brought into the light. We thank God that He has already vindicated you before the police who saw your innocence and told you that you are not a suspect, and we pray that He continues to vindicate you before the residents of that house and before all who have heard lies about you.

We also pray for perfect justice according to God's perfect standard. We know that justice belongs to the Lord and that He has established authorities for this purpose. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19. And again, Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his saints, Psalm 37:28. We ask the Lord to move upon the proper authorities, the police and any investigators and electricians who have confirmed the dangerous conditions, to act with diligence, wisdom, and integrity. We pray for lawful and righteous justice, not out of hatred, but that evil would be stopped, that others would be protected, and that those responsible would be brought to accountability and to repentance. Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed, Isaiah 1:17.

We lift up before the Lord the landlord who is avoiding you and the woman and the concierge who have accused you falsely, mocked your injuries, and called the police against you while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible. Our hearts ache with you over the hardness and mockery you have endured, and we understand why you have felt such deep anguish. Yet we are called to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, Ephesians 6:12. So we pray as Jesus taught us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44. We pray that the Holy Spirit will break through hardness of heart and grant a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, Ezekiel 36:26. We pray that arrogance and evil would be broken, that lies would cease, and that each of these individuals would be convicted of sin, hear God's call, submit to Him, and come to repentance and truth. We pray that they would stop lying and take responsibility for what is theirs to own, and that if they have any part in this danger, they would confess and turn from it.

We also pray for you, for your healing and your peace. We ask God to heal your wounded skin completely, to calm your spirit after months of fear and unclear communication and restless attacks, and to guard you as you continue to walk in peace with His Word. We thank God that you were able to show documentation and photos to those who live in the same house and that they believed you, and we pray that more and more people will see the truth. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good, Romans 12:21. Continue to walk in gentleness and truth, to document all that has happened, to cooperate fully and respectfully with the police who have affirmed your innocence, and to seek wise counsel as you pursue what is right. The Lord is your protector and He will keep you from all harm as you trust in Him.

We pray together now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, by whom alone we have access to the Father and by whom we are saved.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You know every detail, every entry into that apartment, every tampering, every shock and wound, every lie shouted and every false call to the police. Nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask You to reveal the truth in Your perfect timing and in a way that cannot be denied. Expose every deed done in darkness, reveal the identity of any who sought to murder and anyone who helped them, and let perfect justice be done for Your glory. Lord, protect Your child from all further harm and from every false accusation. Surround them with Your angels and let Your peace guard their heart and mind. Touch the landlord, the woman, and the concierge with Your Holy Spirit, break their hardness, humble their arrogance, and bring them to repentance and to a knowledge of the truth, that they may be saved and transformed. Heal the wounds on the body and the wounds on the heart, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust that You are mighty to save and that You will deliver the righteous out of all afflictions. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, Amen.

We have been carrying your story before the Lord and we are so sorry for what you endured in that flat and for the ongoing harassment since you moved out. To live with electric shocks in your own home and then to be shouted at and falsely accused while you were simply walking and reading your Bible is a heavy burden. We are thankful to hear the police confirmed your innocence and that neighbors who saw your photos and documentation believed you.

We are praying with you for truth to come to light through the proper authorities, for your safety and peace as you go about your days, and for any hardness to be softened so responsibility can be taken where it is due. We are also praying for your healing and for wisdom for everyone involved.

For the wounds to your skin and the shocks you describe, please have a trusted medical professional check you in person alongside prayer, not instead of it.

It may help to keep your photos, electrician reports and any written communication together in one safe place and leave a copy with someone you trust, and to continue letting the police handle the false reports so you do not have to engage directly with those accusing you.

Father, we bring this dear one to You and ask for protection, for healing, and for the truth to be clearly shown in Your way and Your time. Bring justice without revenge taking root, and guard his heart and mind in Christ as he waits on You. Give wisdom to those investigating and bring peace to his daily steps. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been brought before the Lord, and we have heard the heaviness of your affliction, the fear of that dwelling where you suffered shocks and wounds, the sting of false accusation, and the weariness of being mocked when you sought only to walk in peace and read the Word.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, as you have rightly remembered from the Psalms. He who keeps all the bones of His people is not unmindful of the smallest injury done to one of His own. What you have suffered, and what you fear was intended against you, is known fully to Him who sees not only the outward act but the motive of the heart. When God says your motives were vile or your objects were sinful, conscience must answer that He is a sure observer and no false witness, for all that He says is true. So also when men devise evil in secret, the Lord observes it, and His justice is unimpeachable. Vengeance belongs to Him, and He will repay in perfect righteousness.

We take comfort that there is no attribute more comforting to the children of God than Divine Sovereignty. Could any but a divine motive actuate the Divine Architect, who creates that He may display His own perfections. The dry tree by divine grace shall flourish, the green tree deserted by the dew of heaven shall dry up. The low tree fostered by the husbandman shall mount even to the stars, the high tree cut down by the axe of judgment shall lie outstretched along the plains of ruin forever. Leave your cause in that sovereign hand. The Lord will perfect that which concerneth you. David dared to bring his confidence into the court of Divine inspection and say, The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me. All the weight of your trouble, all the weight of an evil heart of unbelief in others, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain.

Persecution, even when it does not take the form of imprisonment but of slander, of cruel mockings, jeering and venomous spite, has its permitted use. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and often it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has blessed His church by her persecution, and the wave that leaps up around her often speeds her course. Your prayers in that flat, your prayers upon the street with the Bible in your hand, are precious in His sight.

Yet we must remember where perfect justice is most clearly seen. Jesus death manifested Divine Justice in the very highest degree. There is more of the vindication of justice on the Cross than can be seen at any one time in the lowest depths of hell. There the justice of God was vindicated and God is shown to be just, and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. He went up to the accursed tree and freely gave Himself up to die a felons death so that justice might be satisfied and mercy might flow to the ungodly. Therefore we pray for justice, and we pray also for mercy, knowing that God can justify the ungodly and can give a heart of flesh for a heart of stone.

We will pray with you and for you.

We will pray that the Lord, who hates lying lips and loves truth, will reveal what was done in secret, whether technicians were hired or devices were altered to cause those shocks, and that He will bring to light the identity of any who intended harm and of any who helped them, so that lawful authorities may act with wisdom and perfect justice may be done without partiality and without personal revenge.

We will pray that false accusations against you will not prosper, that those who have called the police with untrue reports will be restrained, and that the officers appointed for our protection will continue to discern the truth as they have done.

We will pray for the landlord, for the woman who has reviled you, and for the concierge who mocked your wounds, that the Holy Spirit will convict them, break their hardness, and grant repentance. May they cease from lying, take responsibility for what is theirs to bear, and hear the call of Christ who alone can save. We do not pray that God would bless unrepented sin, but that He would grant the mercy of a new heart, that they may be saved through the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ.

We will pray for the residents of both houses, that they may see the truth with clarity and charity, and that you may be kept in peace.

We will pray for you, that you may be kept from bitterness, that you may commit your way unto the Lord and trust also in Him, and that you may find that divine confidence which says, Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth forever, forsake not the works of Thine own hands.

Continue to walk in truth, to keep your documentation with integrity, to cooperate with those in authority, and to commit your cause to Him that judgeth righteously, who in His time will make all things manifest.

Your request has been heard with deep sorrow and with thanksgiving that the Lord has kept you alive through great danger. The fear of entering your own home, the pain of electric shocks and wounded skin, the distress of false accusations before the police and before neighbors, are heavy afflictions. We thank God that He has delivered you thus far, that the police have seen your innocence, that those who live near you have heard your testimony and believed you, and that you are able to walk peacefully and read the Scriptures. As it is written, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

We join you in praying that God, who alone knows what is in every heart and what was intended in secret, will bring the truth into the light. If there was intentional harm, if the heating system or the electrical protection was tampered with to endanger your life, we pray that it will be fully exposed and not hidden. We pray for perfect justice, which belongs to God. He will judge with perfect righteousness, whether through the lawful authorities He has appointed in this life, or at His own tribunal where nothing remains concealed. We ask that He guide the police and all who investigate to act with wisdom and impartiality, that the innocent be protected from false accusation and that the guilty, if there be guilt, be revealed and held accountable according to the law.

We also pray as you asked for those who have harmed and accused you. We pray that the Holy Spirit will touch the landlord who avoids you, that hardness of heart will be broken and a heart of flesh given in its place, that lying will cease and responsibility will be taken where it is due. We pray for the woman who has shouted accusations and spread what you describe as lies, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries, that God will break arrogance and cruelty, grant repentance, and lead them to submit to Him and to hear His call. We do not pray for vengeance after the manner of human anger, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but we pray for their salvation and transformation, that they may come to know mercy in Jesus Christ, through whom alone we are saved, and that they may be turned from evil to do what is right. If there are spiritual influences driving restlessness and hatred, we pray for deliverance and for peace in that house.

We encourage you to continue to seek truth in a way that honors God. Keep the documentation and photographs you have shown, continue to act peacefully and to cooperate with the lawful authorities, and do not return evil for evil. The Scriptures warn us how easily false accusation, envy, and plotting arise among people, and how they bring misery to all. Entrust your cause to God who judges justly, continue to forgive as Christ has forgiven you even while you rightly seek protection and justice, and guard your own heart from bitterness.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, look upon Your servant who has suffered fear and bodily harm and repeated false accusations. Protect him still, heal his body and quiet his mind, and let Your truth shine where there has been deception. Reveal what has been done in secret, establish justice through rightful means, and prevent further harm. Soften hard hearts, bring conviction of sin, grant repentance and a new heart to those who have done wrong, that they may confess and make amends where possible. Give Your servant patience, wisdom, and peace as he waits on You, and let Your will be done in all things. Amen.
