While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join with you in prayer and thank God with you that He has protected your life again and again, and that He has shown your innocence before the police and before the residents where you now live. We have heard your distress over the dangerous conditions in that apartment, the electric shocks and injuries to your skin, the signs that someone entered while you lived there, the false accusations that you entered another's home, the mocking and the repeated false calls to the police while you were peacefully walking and reading the Bible, and the lack of remorse and responsibility from the landlord. We bring all of this before the Lord who sees what is hidden and knows every heart.

The Lord says Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Psalm 34:19-21. We cling to this promise with you, that God is your deliverer and that no affliction is hidden from Him. For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 12:2, and also For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Luke 12:2, and No creature is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account. Hebrews 4:13. We pray that what was done in secret, if technicians were hired to damage the heating system and disconnect protection so that you were shocked, if locks were tampered with, if any person helped plan or cover such things, will be fully exposed in God's perfect time and through lawful means.

We pray for perfect justice, for God Himself is just. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Psalm 89:14. He is the Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are justice, a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he. Deuteronomy 32:4. We ask the Lord to guide the authorities, for the authorities are God's servant for good and do not bear the sword in vain. Romans 13:4. We thank Him that the police have seen your innocence twice and have told you that you are not a suspect and that they must now observe those who falsely accused you. We pray they will continue to act with wisdom and impartiality, that they will seek the truth diligently, that every lie will be uncovered, and that no false charge will stand against you. We pray that the identities of anyone who intended harm and anyone who helped them will be revealed and that lawful justice will be done, as it is written Be sure your sin will find you out. Numbers 32:23 and There is nothing hidden, except that it should be made known. Luke 8:17.

We also pray for your protection as you continue to walk and read the Word. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2. We ask the Lord to keep you under His wing, to give you peace and not fear, and to heal your wounded skin and the trauma of those shocks and threats.

We pray too for the hard hearts you have described. We understand your righteous anger at the mocking, at the words that your story could make it onto the BBC, at the lack of compassion and the shouting and lies, and at the landlord's avoidance and unwillingness to speak or make restitution. We ask the Holy Spirit to bring deep conviction, that godly sorrow would lead to repentance. Godly sorrow produces repentance to salvation. 2 Corinthians 7:10. We pray as you asked that God would break hardness and give a heart of flesh as He promises I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. We pray that arrogance and evil would be broken, that lying would cease, for Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh. Proverbs 12:22, and that those who have wronged you would stop lying, take responsibility, confess the truth, and make restitution where it is due.

In this we gently encourage you with the Lord's call to guard your own heart even while seeking justice. We hear how you have called this woman evil and spoken of demons inside her, and while her actions as you describe them are indeed evil and abusive, we are reminded that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age. Ephesians 6:12. Jesus calls us to Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. And Don’t return evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless. 1 Peter 3:9. We pray with you not only for exposure and justice but also for their souls, that they would hear His call and submit to Him and be saved, for God desires mercy even as He loves justice. We must not let a root of bitterness spring up and defile us. Hebrews 12:15. So we pray the Lord will keep your heart soft, free from hatred, filled with faith and love even as you rightly seek truth.

We also encourage you to continue to walk in wisdom, to keep all documentation and photos safe, to continue cooperating fully and respectfully with the police, to seek godly and lawful counsel if needed for restitution, and to not seek vengeance yourself. It is written Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. When justice is done, it will bring joy to the righteous. Proverbs 21:15.

Now we pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace and we thank You that You are mighty to save and that You have delivered our brother from death and from false accusation. Lord, You know the truth about that apartment, the heating, the RCD, the shocks, the wounds, the locks, and every person who entered or planned harm. Reveal what is hidden, expose every lie, and let perfect justice be done according to Your perfect will. Guide the police and all in authority to discern truth from falsehood and to act righteously. Protect Your child as he walks and reads Your Word, heal his body and calm his spirit, and let the residents who now believe him continue to stand as witnesses to the truth. Holy Spirit, touch the landlord and the woman and the concierge and anyone else involved, convict them of sin, break their pride and hardness, grant them a heart of flesh, lead them to stop lying, to take responsibility, to apologize and to make right what was done wrong. Keep our brother from fear and bitterness, fill him with Your peace, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, through whom we have access to You and in whom we are saved, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. Amen.

We have been holding your story before the Lord and we are so sorry for how much fear and strain you have carried, first in that apartment and now with the repeated accusations and police calls.

It is a relief to hear that the police confirmed you were free to go and that the people you live with now listened when you showed them your documentation and photos. Being believed after being doubted matters, and we thank God with you for that protection and for the chance to be heard.

Living with the memory of electric shocks and injuries is a lot to carry. If your skin is still wounded or you have any ongoing effects from the shocks, please let a medical professional check you soon, alongside prayer. Keeping care for your body is part of stewarding what God has given you.

For the next steps, it may help to keep all of your documentation together in one safe place, copies of photos, electrician reports, and any notes from the police, and to let the police and a trusted local advocate or tenant advice service handle further contact with the former landlord so you do not have to face the avoidance alone. Continuing to be calm and cooperative as you have been when the police come is wise.

Father, we bring our brother to You in Jesus' name. Cover him with Your protection and peace, bring what is true into the light in Your timing, and guide the authorities toward just and careful decisions. Heal his body where he was hurt, quiet the conflict around him, and soften hard hearts so responsibility can be taken and truth can be spoken. Give him wisdom, safety, and rest in Your care. We have heard your cry and have brought your cause before the Lord who sees in secret and knows what is in the hearts of men. Your afflictions have been many and grievous, the fear of a dwelling made dangerous, the shock to your body and the wounding of your skin, the slander of tongues that accuse falsely, the mocking of those who should have shown compassion, and the weariness of seeking truth from those who turn away and will not speak. The Lord has kept you in these trials, and we give thanks that He has delivered you thus far and has given you favour before those in authority who have seen your innocence and before neighbours who have believed your testimony when you showed them what you suffered.

You have well quoted the Psalm, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and that affliction shall slay the wicked. Take comfort that no false witness escapes His eye. When God says your motives were vile and your objects were sinful, conscience must answer that it is true, for He is no false witness but a sure observer. He will not at all acquit the wicked, yet He is slow to anger. The lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in a bundle of rods, for He first reproves that men may repent. This slowness is mercy, giving space for the hard heart to become a heart of flesh.

We remember also that persecution, even when it comes not with burning or imprisonment but with slander and cruel mockings and venomous spite, has its use in the hand of God. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of such enmity that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. Your walking and reading the Word while men accused you is a testimony that you have been driven to that nearer place, and God has blessed you there.

You ask for perfect justice and for the revealing of what was done in secret, whether hands tampered with the heating and the safeguard against electric shock, and who consented thereto. It is right to ask that truth be made manifest and that those appointed to bear the sword may judge righteously. We will pray that what was done in darkness be brought to light, that every lie be exposed, that the innocent be vindicated and the guilty be brought to answer according to lawful justice. Yet we must also remember that perfect justice has already been displayed in its highest degree upon the cross. There the cloud of justice, charged with fiery hail, fell not upon the sinner who believes, but fell into the Saviour's heart. God is just, and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. Justice once satisfied in Christ will not ask for more from those who flee to Him, but justice unsatisfied must still pursue the impenitent. Therefore while we pray for earthly justice we pray more earnestly for heavenly mercy upon these souls.

And so we pray. O Lord, Thou God to whom vengeance belongs, Thou who art slow to anger and great in power, look upon Thy servant who has been afflicted and falsely accused. Keep him in safety, heal his body, quiet his mind, and let no weapon formed against him prosper. Bring forth truth as light and justice as noonday. Give wisdom and discernment to those in authority who must weigh these matters, that they may not be swayed by clamour but may judge uprightly. Touch, we beseech Thee, the landlord who avoids and will not speak, the woman whose tongue has been restless and bitter, and the man who mocked suffering and made light of what might have been death. Break their hardness, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that they may cease from lying, take responsibility for what is theirs to bear, and submit themselves to Thy call. If there be wickedness contrived in secret, expose it, that it may be repented of and forsaken. If there be misunderstanding, clear it by Thy truth.

Grant to our brother grace not to render evil for evil, nor to cherish hatred, but to commit his cause to Him that judgeth righteously, to bless them that despitefully use him, and to rest his faith upon Thy tribunal, saying with the Psalmist, Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever. Let him know that when Justice itself has been satisfied at Gethsemane and at Calvary, there is pardon for every repenting sinner, even for those who have most wronged him, if they turn with full purpose of heart to Christ.

We ask this not because we are worthy, but because Jesus went up to the accursed tree and freely gave Himself up to die, that Justice might be vindicated and sinners might be saved. In His name we leave both the wronged and those who have done wrong, trusting Thy will to be done, for Thou doest all things well. Amen.
